I love this car. I love this car. Did I mention that I love this car?
I wish the Q8 Etron looked exactly like gas version. but I like the coupe eTron as well. Now, just need to look into my piggy bank to see how many more years before I can afford the 2025 version. 🤩

I'm glad they are keeping the 3 screen interior. The one on the new A5 looks so ugly and cheap.

It's beautiful. Compared to chinese EVs, it looks 5 years older. Old styles.

That being a diesel, I can see you're over in Europe. Me being here in the US means you're a lot closer to Audi than I am. Would you mind stopping by Audi and telling them to give the buyers here in the US the option even on the fully loaded Prestige versions of the Q8 and SQ8 of choosing the thicker rubber smaller wheels, the 21" even better the 20"? 🙂 Right now they force me into the 22" apparently now even a 23", which are fine on smooth, well maintained roads. But there are a lot of rougher roads, especially in mountainy ski country where I live, and the thicker rubber sidewalls would make for a better ride. Heck, these are supposed to be suv's, sports suv's but still suv's. That versatility would be enhanced by allowing thicker rubber sidewalls. Being forced into a 22" wheel when the black optics and s-line packages are ordered as part of the Prestige is why I did not buy one in late 2021, and it's making me balk again now in late 2024/2025. Would you stop by and tell them for me? 🙂 Thank you.
The above suggestion would be a quick easy one, no design changes needed. But as for longer term design changes, maybe suggest Audi dumps all the black shiny gloss on either side of the screens and across the dash, maybe over the cupholders too, it's a magnet for lint and dirt and fingerprints, always looks dirty and greasy and has to be wiped clean. Frustrating. Replace it with a nice leather or open pore wood, this would look elegant and luxurious and warmer, and also always look clean. Oh, and add sides to the inside of the glove box, so more stuff can be stored out of sight without always falling out when the glove box is opened. That's a little one, wouldn't take much to improve that.
Please share all this with Audi if you stop by there? 🙂 Thank you so much! There are a number of user friendly things Audi could do to improve these, larger cupholders for instance, some simple, some not so, but they are absolutely beautiful vehicles. I really want one. My biggest concern, however, my biggest wish, I just need the thicker rubber sidewalls that come with the smaller wheels, at least the 21", but ideally the 20". Give us the option of choosing such on all models, including the fully loaded Prestige, and I bet you'd sell a lot more. I know I'd buy one.
