Hey I have full on conversations with cats especially Feral babies. But my wife won't let me bring them inside. I guess I am the blocks token crazy cat person. And I wouldn't have it any other way.
If you want to become friendly with a feral cat, slowly close your eyes and open them, cats do this to show they are comfortable andd not a threat, try doing it to your own cat and they'll blink back at you. I did this, as well as feed ect. a mother cat and her babies and now they're lazy happy indoor cats
You are right. Also staring is considered a threat to cats, so I look away often to show I'm not trying to attack. I've also noticed strays and feral cats, once tame, seem to remember being homeless and are very loyal and loving to their rescuers. :-)

I tamed a feral cat about 7 years ago. It was during a really cold winter, he was strugling to even walk. I brang him to my house using food and a cage. In my house he hid for 2 days. I left him some food. After a week, he trusted me enough to let me approach him. Now he is like any other cat, but better. He is in great shape since he is always outside and is soooo loving, and for everyone. Seriously, if you have the chance to give an animal a home, do it. They become part of the family.

You never want to put your hand above an animal, especially a "feral" animal. You need to extend your hands at eye-level or below as a "peace offering". When you raise your hand above a wild animal, it is perceived as a threat.

It isn't actually a feral kitten! A street cat and a feral aren't the same thing. If it was a true feral you could not get near it straight away, it would take many weeks of the kitten seeing the person and being fed to build up trust with a true feral.
This is just a kitten, feral kittens are more friendly than adult feral cats and many can be without fear, that is why it you have to trap and tame them when they are young. so I would not doubt this kitten is feral.They all have different personalities. I had 1 kitten all over my leg in a matter of days and his sis wouldn't come near me for months.

+PlayBlast i recomend spaying/neutering and maybe getting the fuck away from him. cats either like you or dont. trying to make them like you takes a LONG time.(for me at least). i recomend getting tested for rabies too and other diseases. cats have better immune systems that humans and have a ton of bacteria in and on them.
They do so meow wild and lonely. I am working with one and it is a challenge. Just as I relax with petting him he goes psych and bites me . When I scold him he hides his face hilarious

we have a kitten thats grey and blue eyes still his name is oliver and his mother has been killed we found him yesterday ( 29 october 2015) and today the next day we bought cat food and a cat box he is my little kitty 😻
