    Dr. Isaacson is the future. Thank you I've watched, listened and implemented most of everything you have said in your video series. No 24 hour fasting for me, but I do time restricted 14-16 hours per day.

    Isn't there a saying that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure? Prevention in any industry always deserves more focus, but it never gets it. Maybe it's politics and wanting to give an immediate relief to the masses to win votes.
