Hi Ravula. Our approach has always been do your own research and figure out what programs you would qualify for, and gather the appropriate documents. If you are deciding to use a consultant, please use a RCIC approved one. But, consultants are not magicians. They cannot make something happen if you do not already meet IRCC's conditions. If someone says they will find a way to get you a visa and ask for money, run away from them :)
