It may be small but this is definitely the style I would be going for especially since I’ve researched the DC rental prices and they’re not cheap! So actually this two bed two bath is a steal! Plus I can work with the space, like a whole bohemian style with the ambiance of the sunlight coming through, not too bright and not too dark but just right! The more I see this video the more I’m beginning to look for rentals in this style! Plus it’s cozy and a cool hangout spot for your friends to come over and have a smoke and a drink or two🤪sorry it’s the party girl bartender in me coming out🤣

That particular unit was $3700 back then.
Why do people in DC call a bathroom with ONE sink a "Jack and Jill" bath?
From what I understand, a Jack & Jill style bathroom refers to a bathroom having two entrances. One door coming from the common area/ or a bedroom and one door leading to another bedroom.
I’m not from DC but this is what we call them in the south as well

This place is just money hungry. No room for a living area???? What am I supposed to put my couch? Behind the counter top? Also the bed rooms are tiny as hell and the bathrooms are too tiny as well.
Try shopping for a house stand alone! But in the city, like with any city, you compromise on space! Plus this is DC and your comfort of living depends upon your budget!
