wow, I didn't realize you were on UA-cam. My first recipe I cooked from you was your Orange Semolina cake (I made an orange and a lemon versions). It was perfect. I have also made your Ali Nazik which was simple but tasty. Tomorrow am making your Ezme which I will serve with rice I think. Your country, it's people, it's food, it's landscape, just amazing! And you are wonderful
So happy to see you on Facebook. I love your blog and your cookbook. Great introduction to some of the spices. I discovered sumac and also pomegranate molasses through your recipes.
Simone Castella Merhaba , many thanks for your kind note ❤️ so glad you enjoy my recipes and they bring happy memories from home ❤️🇹🇷 look forward to sharing my recipe videos with you all here, stay well, Afiyet Olsun 🌷
Merhaba! It was delightful, and a trip down memory lane for me, to be hearing about and seeing some of the items we enjoyed in our few years in southern Turkey. We lived in Adana, that’s where my oldest daughter was born, and we named her something that was reminiscent of that city’s name.
Just a reminder, mujjadara is an exclusively Arabic and Armenian dish. You could call it a middle eastern dish. It would be graceful of you to have mentioned that.
Fabulous !
