@Thierry Kamette check out Cassani's video on UA-cam. He directly calls out FC for using a motor. FC, in response, does . . . nothing - no defamation lawsuit, damages, etc. I would say that is proof enough. Also, Tom B and Patrick L both called FC out (not something a fellow rider (or someone of TBs reputation) or PLFs caliber does lightly)- again, FC does nothing . . . of course you are free to hero worship to your hearts' content.
