    FINALLY!!!!!! I'm going to art school and I always felt I lived two separate lives, painting and just being apart of black culture. It feels good seeing someone black, with the combination of interest on a platform like the breakfast club, something I actually watch daily!

      Go well brother....rooting for u.

    Thanks for showing so much black excellence on the breakfast club. Especially outside of the entertainment industry.

      Meta4z Official no such thing as black excellence. It's people excellence

    • @tsto5033
      @tsto5033 6 років тому +2

      Pac ...It can be whatever you want it to be in your mind. Over here it's Black Excellence and it is a such thing.

    • @TupacShakurr
      @TupacShakurr 6 років тому +1

      Meta4z Official I'm black and I ain't picking sides based off a color of a skin I see good and evil in people. Wish people can do the same.

    • @tsto5033
      @tsto5033 6 років тому +2

      Pac ...Youre absolutely entitled to your views and there are lots of people who agree with you. Some of those people share your skin color but that shouldn't matter to you. Black Excellence matters to me because, as this young brother mentions, there is a lack of black representation in many American ways. You're not wrong nor do I believe you have evil intentions. But you have to understand that my views are mine and take my word when I say my intentions are good.

    • @tsto5033
      @tsto5033 6 років тому +1

      Pac .... There is good and evil in everything. Some people who share your views have evil intentions. Some people who share my views have evil intentions. From a good and evil stand point I don't agree with people who share my points of view using it for evil. And ironically, I agree with people who share your point of view using it for good. Life is a paradox and we're living it.

    You can tell how passionate he is about art by how he reacts to all the "trendy buzzwords" that pertain to art from black people. It's like me, a huge wrestling fan that gets annoyed when people who don't watch wrestling try to relate to me with it... All they know is The Rock.

    I guess im just a different type of person than these folks. Because they use the phrase "one of our own" in reference to someone of the same ethnicity as them but I could never see myself saying that phrase in that context. If I were to say "one of my own" it would be referring to another human but nothing to do with race. I heard a quote awhile back that I believe to be true. Something to the effect of "the only way to overcome racism is to stop talking about race". We ourselves create a divide every time we make statements such as this "one of our own".

    He's wrong about no other artist doing the many things he's doing. There's a great artist by the name of Jahsun of @FariStudio who not only is a great painter but an interior designer, musician, muralist, etc. It's just that Jay-Z thru Hebru out there more so..its all about promotion becuz I know tons of great visual artists who does lots of projects. Unfortunately, Jean Michel Basquiat was pimped out and taken advantage of by the white establishment.
