I had an Arturia Keylab MK2 88 for one day. It arrived with 5 broken keys. I sent it back and bought Native Instruments Komplete 13 Ultimate Collector's Edition. Now I'm going to buy an NI S88 MK2. I'll probably sell my Kawai MP11SE and my Arturia Keylab MK2 61 and just go all in on Native Instruments.
@@thegiftedhandsmusic For piano, my Kawai MP11SE is by far my favorite. It isn't really a midi controller per se but I use it as one. It has a far far far better grand piano type action than anything else. The Arturia Keylab 61 is very good for controlling synths, organs, orchestra ect. And it integrates perfectly with Arturia stuff and many DAWs. As you know, it has pads, faders, endless rotating knobs etc. However, I just made the switch to Native Instruments Komplete 13 Ultimate Collector's Edition. So, I'm probably going to sell Pianoteq Pro, Keyscape, Garritan Abbey Road CFX, and everything else. Komplete13 is that good. And since, Komplete Kontrol S88 MK2 & MK2 61 integrate with Komplete and Kontakt WITHOUT having to manually program every button and slider (as I would have to with my Arturia Keylab) I'm going with the NI S88.

We have plenty of song tutorials in our Gifted Hands Academy that are in F#. The best way to get comfortable in a key is by playing songs in that key.
