I have seen this clip more than twice. I just can't get enough of it. Thanks to all who created this Story. Lu Li seeing him at the Hospital with Li Man and that snake answering his phone when she called for help because a man was chasing her and she almost got killed while being pregnant with their unborn child was the straw that broke the 🐫 back. Her heart was broken 💔 😢 and it broke mine too. He is so arrogant and refuses to admit that he should not have been around Li Man the way that he was. He still had some lingering feeling for Li Man and his actions proved it. Lu Li, being the woman that she is, walked away from that mess and asked for a divorce and left. She did this to protect her health and the health of her baby. Fighting over a jerk caught between two women is useless. Walk away and make a better life for yourself and child if you are 🤰.
He was asked to show her a minimal respect and not see his ex without her being present. The rumors about him having too warm feelings towards his ex were already spreading, so it would be a right thing to do, even if there was no love between the husband and wife. He agreed but soon after he forgot his promise and continued to care for and respect his ex-girlfriend while ignoring and belittling his wife.

My answer to her taking him back after all this...NOPE! He knew what he was doing all along in every action and conversation with Lu Li. He hurt her in so many ways. She can take care of herself and the baby just fine. She's got mad programming skills and has shown herself an excellent worker. Hubby shod have been relegated to paying child support and child visits. If he couldn't respect Lu Li's position in his life as his wife and colleague while she was under his roof what makes anyone think.that he can do it long distance? I wouldn't trust him with a Pepperidge Farm Goldfish! Hubby deserves to live a life alone and regretting his life choices. He didn't think much if Lu Li as she gave him her best and her love, well let him take care of himself from now on and Lu Li can give her best to her baby. That is who she should focus on.

I know he worked hard to get her back but honestly after all the disrespectful, demeaning, and humiliating things he did and said to her, yeah I'm with her bestie. She didn't want her friend back with that schmuck either. I wish her new boss Lu and known about Li Man's involvement. Lu Li was the Master of Understatement and stingy with the details.
You know what was impressive is how her eyes look like she is about to cry while she is smiling. That's just insane emotional acting.
He asked about her the next morning he put his ex before his wife. Goes buys stuff for her. Trying to may up for what he did but expects everything to be OK. His ex screwed him over before but he chose and still chooses to believe her over anyone else. So when he loses the wife he needs to except that he did it. He thinks this little thing is making up to her? Nope seeing him with the ex every time she turns around is enough to make any wife leave.

@@estrellabeale9036 yeah I hated that part where he asked Luli to apologize to his ex, he basically humiliated his wife in front of his ex and didn’t give her face but instead gave his ex face by only reprimanding the ex after Luli left the room. He didn’t care to humiliate his wife in front of his ex but he did care to wait until they were alone to reprimand the ex. If anything he should give his wife face and not his ex. This guy got his priorities all wrong, also he didn’t have to take LiMan to the hospital, he could’ve sent Yiming if she needed help or someone else that works for him, a chofer or something, she also has her own assistant and chofer to help her. He is too naive to think she had no other person than him that could take her to the hospital. Also he should’ve just kept things on the business side with her, no need to go to dinner or hospital with her or anything like that. Business meetings at the office only and if it was a meeting with investors like that one time she was gonna introduce people to him then he can just take his wife when he goes to them, also I hated that he arrived there with Luli that time but basically left her alone at the entrance while he walked off to talk to people. She was left alone in an unfamiliar environment with no one she knew there aside from him. She’s his wife, he should’ve taken her along with him to meet the people and introduce her to them as what she is which is his wife. It really angers me that he never really gave her her place as his wife in front of others. The one time he kissed her and exposed his relationship with her at the office was just cause LiMan showed up. I know he was already falling for his wife and hadn’t realized it yet but still that is no excuse, he didn’t respect her as his wife at all and used her to keep his ex at arms length and so his dad didn’t take away the investment on the company. It happened to me in the past although I've never married my ex bf for the same pain he had caused in our relationship where he chose to side with his ex wife's whims and caprices leaving me out in the dark. And so I left him. Now he wanted me back but I'm already happily married to someone else.

He didn't love his wife. It was a contract marriage and Luli was hoping that he would have feelings for her, but when she realized that he didn't feel the same way, she knew it was time to go.
The writers made him out to look naive and nerdy, but he knew what love was, because he loved Liman. He kept humiliating Luli at work and home and then would do little things to make up and Luli was glad for any little scraps of affection from him.
He only went after Luli after readin the blog, which his friend told him about. I think it was more pity than love. I was glad that Luli left, but the didn't like the typical ending.
He already love luli but he did not realized it until luli left him.. yes its true it was a contract marriage at first but in the end he was so inlove with her but it was too late but yes in the end they end up together but if this is real it will not happen

I am very glad they made him suffer a bit and work hard to earn back her trust. It was great to see him lay his soul bare and not have her just forgive him immediately. He had to work at it-which is as it should be.

Lo más castrense es que traslada la culpa a su amigo y le reprocha que,se preocupe por Luli. Yimin debió preguntarle si él que es su esposo, se preocupa si quiera un poquito por ella. Después abre la puerta y solo de ahí nomas la mira, ni se aproxima a verla bien. Después habrá visto las llamadasas perdidas de Luli, que él no contestó por estarse ocupando de la mujer que es más importante que su esposa.

El solo se conmovió por ella cuando supo que ella lo amaba desde que era una adolescente y que insistió en trabajar en su compañía por él, ella en un mensaje hace referencia al retorno de Liman, que era su amor y se despide de él y recién se da cuenta de lo mucho que la ha lastimado y se siente culpable y recién la busca, pero ella ya no estaba para él, lo dejó en libertad para que viva su amor con Liman sin ataduras

I’ve seen this clip several times and I cried several times. I know I’m torturing myself because I felt the 💔 for both of them. The thing is, she made all the efforts to be a good wife to him eventhough it’s a contract marriage because she’s truly in love with him. He started falling in love with her but his pride that his parents pressured him to marry her in order to get the money to finance his company made him resentful thus made him turn to his lying manipulative ex who is now an executive for a major investing company to convince her to finance his company instead so he can give the money back to his parents. Also, he doesn’t trust women in general due to his ex stealing his work and leaving him and lying to him and disappeared for years. Now, she’s back and he’s relying on her to invest in his company and she’s using dirty tactics, lying, and manipulation to destroy his marriage and get him back. In the meantime, while he’s trying to secure this investment and catering to his ex’s whims, he neglected his wife who never lied to him and who was devoted to him and who is his true soul mate. He was inconsiderate about her feelings and hurt her with his actions and his words and always taking his untrustworthy ex’s side. At some point, a woman can only take so much emotional beating and hurt from the person she loves before it destroys her. She made the right decision to leave because he has not changed and she wanted to do it to preserve her self respect and to protect and be a good parent to their unborn child. She doesn’t want the baby to raised in a home where both of them are always fighting and he’s disrespectful towards her. No matter how much she ❤️ him, she values herself more and she deserves to be loved and treated with respect from her husband and make him understand that this is the consequences of your actions. Never take someone you love for granted which is a lesson he had to learn for himself and that he’s going to have to fight of his life to prove to her through his actions to convince her to come back to him and never do it again. That’s why I’ve watched it so many times. She became strong from being hurt so much and finally took a stand for self and gave him a dose of his own medicine-make him feel the pain that he gave her.

Allowing his former classmates to use her to manipulate, the situation between them. Pretending with the predator man that the child was his. Sorry folks, i'm still on Team Koala. She left everyone and everything behind to a new city, never to return. Whatever she and her new boss did was to make him leave her alone and go back. Technically it was her boss doing all the dirty deeds, she just didn't oppose him. She loved him but she had a baby to protect at all costs. She didn't want anymore drama in her life. She planned to stay in tbe new city and make a life for her and her baby. ML can kick rocks. I have no pity for his kitty. She doesn't know if Li Man is still in the picture cause LI Man did tell her that she would get ML back, marriage or no marriage and proved her point by calling him to cancel the dinner he was supposed to have with Koala. Lu Li has no idea if he's still watching over Li Man and he's just trying to find her because his family sent him over to apologize. Since he's lied and gaslighted her so much she can't trust him.

I only saw someone trying to help her when she was clearly trying to stay away from the man who abused her in more ways than one. To call them despicable is a tad but much imo. I thought it was cool of him to try to protect her that way and still not really try anything with her. I think if he were a real "predator" as you called him he would have pressured Lu Li to do more than just talk to her and smile at her despite her being pregnant.

Más bien creo que en los dos días transcurridos desde su accidente, Lu Li estaba amándose de valor para confrontar a Yichen sin mostrarle sentimientos ni emociones; y esa noche con el valor que nunca antes tuvo frente a él, lo pone a prueba en esa corta conversación desplegando su habilidad dialéctica e intenta establecer un diálogo esperando explicaciones y aclaraciones que tengan lógica y coherencia y también para hacerle saber sus propias razones. Pero él no entiende o no quiere entender esa intención de comunicación por parte de ella y para no continuar con su cuestionamiento rápidamente cambia el tema dándole la noticia de que ganó el premio y va volver a su cargo. esperando qué ella le agradezca esa deferencia y pensando que con eso ella se va conformar y hasta se va olvidar que el día de su accidente él estaba con Li Man todo el día y en la noche, peto ni en sus sueños esperaba una respuesta como la que le dio Lu Li: no me interesa el premio el puesto ni nada porque voy a renunciar a la empresa lo dice seria pero sin emoción.

He never appreciated or valued Lu li until she was gone, he never respected her or saw how wonderful and amazing she was. He was disrespectful towards her and although he didn’t cheat on her with Li man he cared more about Li man at times then he did Lu li. He took Lu li for granted and didn’t deserve her. He only realised all of this when she was gone.
Li man schemed and lied and tricked Lu li into thinking she was having an affair when she wasn’t. Toxic behaviour from him and Li man.
Does this man ever hear what she says? She was pointing out everything to him told him she was allergic to seafood and what does he say if you allergic to it I can eat it out. Does this sound like someone that needs to run a company? He knows everything about the ex but nothing about his wife.
He did tell her it to make it, because she is allergic to the seafood. I would leave him though. How he acted is hurtful and unacceptable.

Yet at the office in front of the ex he scolds her like a child and tells her not to cause problems at the office and the ex is setting there with a smirk on her face. After he finds her he tells her he didn't doubt her its because there wasn't any evidence of it. If we look closely at the series, theirs wasn't even a marriage, for him it was a contract, it was she who saw us a lot more and hoped for a lot more. Since the beginning of the series, she has been running after him like a puppy looking for affection, a very serious mistake. She slept with him while he was drunk, not even knowing who he was going with. He forgave all sorts of things from her, her total indifference, his belittling her at all times, his constant dating with an ex who was perhaps never forgotten. She stayed there looking for an affection that never came, never was. Love doesn't justify everything, saying "I love him, that's why I'm still here" is one of the silliest phrases to hear when there's nothing on the other side. She was long gone, she did it very late for me, she ruined her first time too. He finally understands, but honestly I didn't like him being childish and careless. Despite the ending as a male character it is one of the worst writings

I'm happy to know I'm not alone on the feelings for this scumbag. His wife called him several times for help because she was being followed and he ignored her calls. He was so anxious and upset that the ex got hurt he run as fast as he could to help her stayed with her and acted like she was more his wife than his wife was. Then the wife is calling him for help he ignored her then the ex answered her call and caused the wife to get hurt. Then when his friend had went to the hospital to be with her and took her home settled her in bed. He says he stopped to help the ex because she got hurt did he ever think the reason the wife was calling him so much was because she needed help. No he was to busy with his nose stuck up the exes butt. Then he comes home acting like he cares, he only cared about the one that stole from him and his company trusted and believed her over the woman that was his wife and was standing by his side. He should have lost everything the daddy should have taken everything away from him, because he takes up for the enemy.

He's way too caring towards his ex. He spent most of the evening with her, paid her medical bills, was there as doctor was treating her burns. It goes far beyond just being friendly. Also, it's not the case that her burns are life threatening or that she's unable to get to the hospital alone, she wouldn't have a language barrier or money trouble to get the adequate treatment. There was literally no need for him to be there if he had no interest in her. He claims there's nothing wrong in what he has done but on another hand earlier he freaked out as his wife accompanied their colleague to the hospital after he had a panic attack. Unlike his ex that colleague never had any romantic relationship with his wife and he was not having an interest to have more than just friendship with her.

You are right. You will recall I think in episode 11 when he said something like he'll sacrifice his body to win the investor? He did sacrifice not something, but someone--his wife--to the point that his relationship with Liman went beyond the professional level although he will never admit it. Just because he did not sleep with Liman this time, doesn't mean he was faithful to his wife. He gave his wife excuses everytime he saw Liman. Even if the marriage is only in paper and knowing from the beginning that the ex came back for him, he entertained the "NEED" of his ex but not his wife's.

Although he was pressured by his ex/investor's representative to kick his wife out of the project, the least he could do is to explain her the reasons behind his decision. It would show the basic respect towards her, not only as his wife but also the employee who was one to develop the idea behind this project and started its development. Yet he never even bothered to explain her why she was dismissed from the further development and was ordered to develop something new worthy of winning the contest within quite a short period of time. But, sadly, as we see here, the way he congratulates her on winning the contest and eventually getting chance to return to the initial project is just as disrespectful, no festivity or gratitude expressed for everything she has done.

El día anterior lo pasó atendiendo a la ex, no se reportó con su esposa para avisarle dónde estaba, en la noche mientras su esposa estaba sola siendo perseguida por el padre de la ex se accidentó, mientras él seguía en el hospital con la enamorada y ni se preocupó de saber si su esposa estaba bien, la llamó después de dejar a la otra en su casa. Se molesta porque supone que Luli prefirió llamar a su amigo que a él El amigo leal le dice "Porque tú solo tienes ojos para Li Man" y se molesta por el reproche del amigo y pretende justificar lo injustificable estúpidamente y le reprocha a su amigo su preocupación por Lu Li. aunque a él ella no le importa nada. Pero cuando la esposa le plantea el divorcio y se va él primero la cela con su amigo y después pregunta por qué ha pedido el divorcio. qué cínico el tipo su amigo le vino advirtiendo que le diga a Luli su situación con Li Man, que le avise por qué la sacó del juego que ella creo, que explique por qué esa noche del accidente él

Cuando va a su empresa como representante de la inversionista, ella lo desafía diciédole que no se casó porque aún tiene sentimientos por ella. Qué hace él? Utiliza a la pobre Luli y la besa, sin preguntarle ni decirle nada, en presencia de Liman y el resto de los trabajadores para hacerse ver con la novia como que ya la había superado, pero Liman no le cree y lo cita a cenar con Luli, para recordar en presencia de ella su relación del pasado, él acude con Luli y en el baño del restaurante se deja abrazar prolongadamente por Liman y le cuesta esfuerzo apartarla, despues que Luli los ve. Fíjate su mirada cuando va a verla al hospital la vez que Li Man le hace creer que su padre la había golpeado, parece como si quisiera abrazarla. Esa vez dejó su reunión de trabajo cuando Luli exponía el juego creado por ella para la inversionista. El aún no había superado esa pasión por su gran amor del pasado y por eso la lleva a su empresa, en lugar de romper de raíz su relación con la ex que fue más allá de una relación comercial. Esa situación lo tenía en vilo y maltrataba Luli por todo y por nada. Como si estorbara. Solo cuando su empleado le entregó la grabación de la noche en que Liman borró el juego de Luli, él fue capaz de romper esos lazos que lo tenía ligado a Liman.

Well some persons(either boy or girl but i think mostly girl) can relate luli cause what will you feel if you see your husband or wife still seeing with their ex's and always hanging out,yes what yicheng sees is just a friendly date or helping but on luli's eyes it is abnormal and it makes her feel like she is not loved by her husband.

En segundo lugar las citas siempre significaron dejar plantada o abandonada por horas a su esposa al punto que ella tuvo un accidente encontrándose sola y él ni quiera respondió sus llamadas de auxilio porque estaba atendiendo a su "amiga".
En tercer lugar si solo eran citas amistosas, por qué él nunca le explicó a Lu Li que sólo era una amistad y los motivos por los que acudía a las citas. Por qué las ocultaba? Y por qué le exigió a su hermana que no diga nada de sus encuentros con Li Man?
Él le mintió a Yimin diciéndole que solo puede ser su amigo, pero en la realidad él se sentía atraído por Li Man, quería estar a su lado y disfrutar del amor que ella le ofrecía. Al punto que el propio Yimin le dijo que él solo tiene ojos para Li Man y le exigió que deje ir a Lu Li porque no fue capaz de romper sus lazos con Li Man. Él era consciente que estaba triangulando con dos mujeres, porque cuando su madre le preguntó si Lu Li se estaba divorciando por causa de Li Man el asintió con su silencio y su madre le dijo que estaba andando con dos mujeres a la vez y cuando su padre casi lo golpea le dijo toda la compañía sabe que has montado con esa chica Li y le preguntó Así es como tratas a tu esposa? y él igualmente lo admitió poniendo su cara de culpable, recién se lo ve asumiendo su culpa esa noche después que Lu Li se fue.

AND IMA CONTINUE THE DRAMA just so I could hear the phrase of “let’s get a divorce” again. I see improvement, and it doesnt feel awkward or weird so I’ll continue and just bear with the stalker behavior and him being toxic with his toxic, manipulative family.

Shouldn't be the main character. She deserves for someone appreciate her and make her happy. She should be with someone else at the end. 🙄

Actually I didn't like Luli's character at start because it's just typical female lead who pursuing male lead despite every rejection and his ignorance I quite understand him he married her because his parents tricks him I mean all people here hate him but he doesn't wrong from start he made it clear with everyone that he don't love luli but his problem is that he started loving her but don't get it on time and always around his ex even he also not like her and he always protect luli from harm but didn't told her beforehand his friend also told him to clear differences between him and luli but he take her for granted thinking she will understand since their marriage is deal but if he loves her and not want to misunderstand then he have to explain her. And also luli gave him all chances to explain but still he didn't. I like luli's character after some episode that she is not some typical female lead her character more than that i mean if we see whole drama we understand how mature she is I mean she has courage to court her love by all means I mean she got married to him even he didn't love her and then she tried to impress him give him chances also she succeed in making him fall for her also at last of her passions she gave him chance to explain to her. But after that she choose right path to let it go also. She knows when to start and when to end it's best thing I had seen in this drama. Because all female characters we see are having courage to admit love also pursue love but don't have courage to let it go but luli is different she knows she have done her best in her love now if it doesn't belong to her then she should move on. But she should told him that she is pregnant but its fine for me because it's make more complicated and he never realises his mistake because then he came for baby not for luli. But I liked that he realise his mistake and also did evry thing to get luli e and he also ready to accept baby with luli when he thinks that baby is of another man. I mean he changed for her and she also didn't easily forgive him like other female leads she took her time. Watch him understand situation and then at the end they get happy ending. So from around it's typical drama with twist towards ending more mature ending.
I also hated the ridiculous trope that she’s been in love with him secretly for years. Sigh. Why does everyone seem to think that needs to be part of the story every time?

Não querida! Ele nunca amou a Lu Li. E nunca teve a intenção de ama-lá. Posso te dizer que sou especialista nesse personagem. Ele é frio e calculista. Tudo que faz, depois da separação, cada frase, cada cena de ciúmes foram muito bem estudadas é planejadas por ele.
