I'm trying to make a yin yang candle, getting a whole in middle, & frosting in middle, poured wax at 145 degrees It was better turn out then the higher temp, do you know what I could do to prevent the whole, I have a heat gun for the frosting It helps! I'm wondering if altitude has anything to do with the temp, I live in Michigan!
Amazon. I got 10 lbs. of soy wax for less than $20 from I think it was Candles & Supplies. I got 9 lbs. of a better wax, paraffin, for even less money, $17 from Michaels. The paraffin melts at a much higher temperature 170-212° Fahrenheit.
