I was planning to go to United States on F1 visa. Due to the delays of appointments, It will me delay start of classes. I am thinking that it can affect my visa approval due to those delays of Visa Appointment date while classes have started.
My question is , if I change from Fall to spring so that Visa Appointment date could be without delays , do you think it can affect my visa approval due to the change of semester?
Due to the current wait times, it's becoming increasingly common for students to have to defer their start date or admission. Since the wait time are so long, you really need to focus on getting your visa approved as it will be difficult to get another interview slot.
8:28 very important point. I always thought if I answer for a long time, the visa officer will be annoyed and will reject me. But now I understand the difference between a full answer and a long answer.

In which way the first time i wasn't able to understand and explain my self and the second time i brought a interpreter he couldn't delivered the information but this time I went to learn English am able to understand and explain my self and i have a diploma can I go for the interview

Hello. Please I have an interview in two weeks and I mistakenly wrote the wrong place of birth on my ds 160 please what can I do ?
Hope that you are doing great! I have just been denied for the 2nd time this year for my F-1 visa renewal for continuing graduate studies (I have one more year to finish). Could you please answer the following question? Is there an issue if my sponsor is an American resident? My GPA is over 3.7, I had all the documents, I provided the correct information to the officer and my attitude was positive throughout the interviews. Thank you for your consideration!

Before 6 months ago I took F1 visa interview but refused. I think the causes my be my travel history. March 07, 2023, I traveled from my home country to other country with proper exit and entry border immigration stamps from both countries.
However, when I returned to my home country via border bus transport, I did not receive stamps immigration offices.
As a result, my passport lacks a stamp for my return journey. Does it can be the cause for my visa refusal? Is renewing a new passport may solve this issue?
My passport lost and I applied new at new passport but in Ds 160 option have you ever lost you passport I write mistakenly no. that will be negative point for me or should I change it visa office has the previous passport history? What should I do plz help me with your kind response

I have been subscribed and following Argo for so long , I do watch your videos especially on this particular video where you said if an applicant was previously denied and they reapply if the Officer ask “WHAT HAS CHANGE” and nothing as change in my resume that I should tell them I didn’t present my plans for me to go study in D us because I was nervous. This was what I told the Vo in Nigeria embassy but she immediately deny me, I asked her why was I refused and she said nothing has change. 😔 I think different vo have different point of view . I got rejected again today. And the reason was cause I didn’t have any work experience and I was going for masters. According to the officer “I should have work experience before going to masters” is this a valid reason?

Hi ben, hope that you are doing great. I have recently found out your videos on youtube and found it so helpful. I am preparing for my first visa interview. I have applied for masters degree in SAP financing. I had 3.78 CGPA in my bachelor graduation. Currently, I am working in banking sector for last 5 years and had no gaps after my graduation. The total cost of course I am applying is around $30500, that is I think a bit higher. The course doesn't even provide any scholarship but it is entitled with CPT(curriculum practical trainings) that mean we can find a paid internship program for funding our courses. I have a doubt if higher cost of this course would be any reason for my visa denial. For funding I have some saving from my 5 years working also my spouse is engaged in banking sector and had a grocery shop in my house owned by my brother. Is this funding and CPT enough for funding my course?

Please wanted to ask if I applied computer science transfer path way in a community college, and the end date is two years from the time I'm beginning my studies. When filling the ds-160 form should I put the end date on my I- 20 form or I should put the date in which I will complete my transfer path way program (4 yrs). And is having an aunt in the US reducing my chances.
I have a twin sister, and it did not reduce my chances after 2 refusals. I told the VO my twin will support with babysitting my child and also provide financial support. It was stated in my DS160 that I will live with ly twin. I was asked her office and home address.
