Nasa 74: hectares na na sakop ng dating Government-owned Food Terminal Incorporated o FTI na binuksan nuong 1968 sa administrasyon ni Pres Ferdinand Marcos para maging Distribution at Food Processing na matatagpuan sa East Service Road.
Ang kasalukuyang FTI ay may natira pang 36 hectares.
Dun din gagawin ang SouthEast Metro Manila Expressway na dadaan ng C6, mga lugar sa mga lungsod ng Taguig,Pasig,Marikina, probinsya ng Rizal hanggang Batasang Pambansa Complex,Quezon City.
