    Btw: Sprinting and maintaining 100FC?? How do you do that? I am up to 140 while just jogging…

    You have got 80 bpm executing those exercises? What do you do to get 150 bpm then?

      yeah I mean that's what my watch was saying. I think you have to overall add several points to that. It was mostly to track the variations in heartbeat between the exercises.

    How do you think this has improved your overall tennis performance? Seen any significant differences? Cheers for the video :)

      Yeah definitely. Unfortunately I feel it even more now. I stopped doing regular plyo exercises, with my two daughters taking up more time, i got a little lazy and I stopped. But I'll definitely start up again cause man can I feel the difference now that i stopped. I feel slower now, I'm no longer able to reach balls like I did. So I'm definitely gonna get back to it!

    I think you should keep the upper body as straight as possible.. ur chest is collapsing way too much

      Ah non, je suis abonné à un Club au Sud de la France près de Fréjus. Mes beau parents ont une maison là bas donc je suis là pendant les vacances mais c'est quand même loin de Toulouse.
