2 yrs back while urinating I found that my right testie is somewhat in a upside position just near the shaft of my penis and from that day while my sac bag is loose the testies hang in a normal position but mostly the orientation of the testie has changed.
It pains just like 2% but creates a lot of discomfort.
I got ultrasound and the report was ok and the DOC said that their is nothing to worry. But from the last 7 8 days the pain has grown and it’s like 10% now.
Can u help me and tell what is going around.
**I visited doc on 5 jan that is Almost after 2 yrs and within 20 days I got more discomfort.

@Dr. Shah Dupesh i rub slightly with Dettol cotton yesterday n it started to burn so i washed with soap n water soon within a min and applied petroleum jelly (Vaseline)on it and after few min it felt good. Today after bath it started to burn again what should i do?

Almost 1 year ago, I had some fungal infection around the penis and on penis scrotum and on its area. I take medicine for this and eat them. Also applied some creams across the penis area. The fungal infection around the penis finishes. But now there is some redness on scrotum area . Reply soon

Hi sir, few questions please tell.
1) my glans has a til (if you know that black spot) so is it normal? What could be the reason it came particularly on my penis?
2) Secondly, i don't know how did it happened, i have observed it lately that i cannot pull front my Foreskin to cover the head. Basically, glans remains uncovered all the time. I've researched about it and came to know about PARAPHIMOSIS, but I am not sure if it is the case. B'cus neither it doesn't pains me...also if i pull front it with coconut oil then it smoothly comes front. But goes back also. What to do?
3) lastly, due to my glans being uncovered , so the glans looks little wrinkled. I'm tensed.
