at the sites in around Trenton , New Jersey, the base pay is 19.25 an hour plus shift differential which could be 1-2 extra so i am making 21.25 an hour starting and base pay will cap at 21.55 an hour after 3 years but by that time you should move up to an L3 assistant position. plus on peak times they give an extra 2-4 dollars an hour and double overtime. so in peak it is between 23.25-27.55 an hour in this area.
Cool! What company offers this or you just saying that's the average warehouse pay in your area?
@@HumanEncoded its actually the amazons around trenton , new jersey. Also there are several local warehouses in New jersey that pay 19+ starting off, some no experince needed

what a fkikg scam they got you in 🤡☠️
Aldi’s warehouse in Minnesota is starting at $27 an hour for entry level, they really need people there
To drive a lift the best paying jobs I know of would be union trucking companies like YRC and ABF. Costco is also up there as well. That’s for starting pay. However, the most I know of for top pay would be unionized automotive companies like Ford, GM, and Chrysler. They pay up to $31 an hour not counting 5% shift premium if you work at night. Plus you get profit sharing bonuses up to 12k, annual inflation bonus of $1500, and a big sign on bonus of 10k or more every four years for each new contract.
This is good to know.... Thanks for Sharing! 💯👍🏽
At Walmart dc where I work lift is easy and order filler makes more before incentives 23.25 starting for filler at my dc and you can make half your pay check in incentives so like 1400 a week if you hit 150% production on average
@@Filterfinder Shoutout to Walmart dc for the great incentives!
I was about to start there but decided to work at Amazon b/c they were paying a little better at the time.
Costco tops out at 32 an hrs plus bonus every 6 months
Walmart start out pay now depends on where and when u wanna work.. weekdays are less but of u want the most bang for buck... 3 day work week.. weekends sat through Monday night shift and in freezer... I'm on dry side and just started at 26.55 weekend shift
That makes sense that they pay more on the days that most ppl do not want to work. Amazon structures their pay the same way.
$26.55 per hr sounds like good pay.... thanks for sharing Andrew. 💯
Just starting today at target at 24 in NJ. They've never said anything about raises in the orientation so I'll be sure to ask around after 3 months or so
Ok cool... $24 per hr sounds like good pay.
Definitely check with your managers or HR to see what pay raise structure they have.
Hope it works well for you & thanks for sharing 👍🏽
I'm looking at Martin Brower's $4,000 bonus, $18.40 pay going up to $22 after 9 months, $25.65 by the 15 month mark.
This is great information... thanks for sharing! 👍🏽
Also depends on production. I'm at Harris Teeter and there's no cap so base pay is 19.25 after shift differential but you can easily pull 25 an hour some guys making closer to 40. I pull about 30 an hour after only 5 months in.
Great to hear & thanks for sharing this Jonathan! 👍

US Foods entry level is $22 but to roll over you gotta skip breaks and lunch shit is back breaking. Bout to fill out some apps for a few of these spots lol

That is true! I'm starting next Tuesday in Tucson az, shift is from 4-2am and differential pay is from $1.50 to $3.00
That's great to hear... Which company are you about to start to work for?
@@HumanEncoded I know I'm late, but I believe she is talking about Target. I have orientation next Tuesday for a Target DC. It's $18.65 BUT, I get a $2 diff for working swing shift like Maria. So $20.65/hour 4:30pm-3am. Tuesday-Friday. They say you will get a raise every 6 months for 36months. I used to have to work 12hour shifts with forced overtime nights and days in manufacturing. So this set schedule is a blessing. And it's only a few dollars less then my old job. Great entry level pay for someone with no degree in my opinion. Youngsters should jump on these opportunities if they can and just enjoy your weekend!

Damn I work at the home Depot warehouse and they're paying $18.50 up here in Oregon looks like I could reconsider where I work I'm getting the skills now. They don't give raises no matter how much you learn. you can learn everything in there still 1850
Yea that’s why I left that place, I literally just left there, cause of so much micromanaging, the pay was 18.50 here to but that’s not enough for me, when I was doing a 40 minute drive to the warehouse everyday and then they make it so hard to transfer into a new position.

Cool, thanks for sharing this with us Lucila!
It also depends where you live.
I totally agree 💯👍
I have been working at Amazon for a year and a half and I make 15.75/hr I live in CA.
To me that's not good to be living in Cali b/c the lowest Amazon pays nationwide is $15.
I think they should start pay at least $18 in Cali.
How do you afford to live in CA at $15/hr???
@@aaronliddell4280 is what I was thinking as well 🤔
Funny story- I worked for Home Depot 25 years ago and made $11.20 before going to work for the state DOT. Went to Lowes 25 years later after retiring from the state DOT and they offer me $13.
Lol Wow!.. Sounds like Lowes is way behind the pay curve.
These companies are trying not to pay what's needed to keep from living below the poverty line but they are being forced to pay more now due to the labor shortage.
Not sure what's up with Lowes tho 🤷🏾♂️
Oh No!
What states are paying that? I at lowes in the Dallas area making 14 with ten years experience.
Wow that sounds crazy that they paying that low with your years of experience Jessie.
I pulled these wages from trusted job / career sites.
They could be taken from a different area of the country, I'm not totally sure. 🤔
If you ask me I think you can find a better paying job in The DFW with your experience. I would checkout job opportunities if I was you. 💯
Facts
Thanks for watching 💯👍🏽
are any of these summer jobs
They could be... just depends on the company & if they are hiring during that time. Some jobs may be seasonal & if not you can just quit once the summer is over if you like.
Im a dining attendant at a college closed for the summer
I started at Home Depot for 20
Shout out to Home Depot with the $20 starting pay!
Hope it works out for you bro! 💯
How is it???
Man target better give me a call back soon😦
Lol I feel you bruh... hopefully they will 🤞🏽
Them stop playing with your money! 🤑
Target sounds good but do they offer over time? That is the question 🧐
I'm sure every warehouse offers OT if they need to. Sometimes it depends on the season & demand.
I love your videos ❤️❤️❤️ Please can someone in Africa get a job this jobs?
Glad you like them Padi & thanks for watching! 😁
Are you living in Africa now or in America?
I work at black tie movers 5 days now and make 30/hr plus per diem hotel food lodging. Etc. Paid. So I pocket 60k per year at least. The position is called an interstate driver. I am the only one who can pass a drug test I'm told. Not bad to be only 32 years old no kids or baggage. And a future real estate developer / law student. I'm a late bloomer. 😂👍🏽 #teamfiveeightlightskin
That's good pay for a driver at a moving company.
Sounds like you are positioning yourself to do well in life. 💯
Keep stacking & growing bruh! 💰
