Thanks for posting this guide, I've got to fix a WM6120W soon and at first glance the drum looks to be very similar or the same. It's good to know what to expect and what tools/parts I'll need before opening it up. I've mostly worked on Hotpoints and a few Bosch machines but this will be the first Beko I take apart. I've been staying at my friend's house, using his washing machine and now the bearing's started getting noisy, so it's only fair that I sort it out for him.
Hi, oil has leaked into my drum, covered three tops and won't come out at all. Could you let me know where you think the oil will have come from please? I've read that it's likely to be the transmission? Thanks in advance
Could be this be done on the sealed tubs.I have no issues completing the job but cannot find someone who has done this on the beko sealed tub but lots on other brands
Turns out many of these tubs are now welded shut so you can't open the tub up to change the bearings. Better check before you start taking the machine apart like I just did. ugh they want £175 on a new tub assembly. What a waste of materials too.
Yep just found this out when I trued to order bearings which I would have fitted.Need to find out if some one has opened a beko sealed tub and where they got bearings from.
Really helpful. Have to do this myself this week. Thank you for your help.
Just gotta master sticking my tongue out when replacing the door seal. 😀
Informative, professional advice and saved me money as I did not have to replace the machine

Really good that! Thanks for sharing!
very detailed and helpful... thanks.

Hi, the bearings are usually sealed as they have been pre greased, only the oil seal may need a little grease on it..

BRILLIANT JOB but I don't think my 10 year + old machine is worth the work. Something else will probably go wrong.
hello what is the serial number of this drum seal
