Thank you!! Kept going back to this mission after i finished a few other quests and nothing had changed. Searched online a while back and nobody mentioned which mission actually unlocked it
Which mission starts it is so vital since its available so early but cant finish it until much later! :)
shoot I think I locked my self out unless that ladder at 5:51 was lowered outside of the hero quest :(
If you didnt lower the shortcut during dragon kings lair just go through the building again.
