Sanya, Paris and Hong Kong are a bit too narrow for the Gen2 cars. Sanya doesn't have any proper overtaking spot, and the hairpin is kinda strange. Santiago on the other hand is great, the initial race had some trees and leaves but in season 6 this will not be an issue
It's time for formula e to include proper racetracks on the calendar. We get it, formula e have less speed, so it would be kind of akward at first in comparaison to f1. But the audience is mature and ready now : we don't need anymore bumpers cars driving style on a narrow city race. I watch fe since day 1 and i can't wait to see a race in monza or suzuka, with plenty of space to overtake. Crash are fun yes, but when the average race features 10 crashes and 3 trafic jam, its just not racing anymore.
JeaN X it doesn’t work yet because the batteries aren’t large to last the race when we race at Monza or Suzuka. They cannot win back enough Energy to keep the battery lasting. And FE decided to do it in the city bc they want to race awareness of Climate change.
@@nielsverwoerd9499 I very well understand your point about the batteries. But with gen 1 cars, we had "pitstops" which were basically car switch. I wouldnt mind to see that with gen 2 cars. Or even cooler : recharging / changing the batteries. Or, shorter races with less laps. There is a lot of solutions. And for the climate change argument, i think a formula e grand prix in SPA would get much more coverage and would advocate much better in favour of all-eletrics races. My point is : its time to stop beating around the bushes and challenge f1.
I agree the tracks need to get bigger, wider, and more open, but I don't think Formula E should leave the city centers for the race tracks outside the city. One of the major points of Formula E is, because it's a non-emitting form of motorsport, it can be brought directly into the city centers, where all the people are. It can go where ICE-powered motorsport cannot, and it should continue to emphasize that strength.
@@Trendyflute Well there is new research about the pollution of eletric cars and guess what? Even if they pollute less than a non electrical car, they are still quiete nasty in city centers. Because they tend to generate more nanoparticules under breaking, with tyre degradation. These particules stays in the air for long due to the heavy concentration of buildings. Also the ecological point of using a lot a ressources to make up temporary tracks rather than using tracks that already exist is quiet fragile. For illustration, the parisian administration seriously consider to stop the paris gp for ecological reasons...
Is it just me or is the New York track really bad compared to the others, it’s in a car park on an industrial estate nowhere near the city whereas other races have been close to the centre of cities, it might be out of the control of formula E but I would like to see a track closer to the centre of New York
Sorry gues but you are fake..you still need a lot of power and downforce..till now only mechanical grip. Try to get some downforce and speed. So still very fake...but i keep an eye on you
0:35 when you get airborne like that you have no breaks !
YA THINK
Maldonado of the year - *Alexander Sims*
Formula E is so underrated
It's good racing, but without cool sounds, it isn't as interesting to watch it.
@@mabra33 well then, you need to turn up the volume. Formula E cars sound amazing!
On television and videos they don't sound the best, but in person they're pretty loud! Especially the Jaguar.
4:55 what a legend ! Pole position going backwards !
Twice
my youtube algorithm shows me this: 11 minutes of Formula E crashes and spins
i liked it
I can't wait for season 6 to start, weekends without racing suck
DTM this weekend
True that
This Weekend:
DTM
MotoGP
Indycar
WRC
They should have esport to fill the racing break
In formula E I never seen them crash by failures but mistakes mostly. I’m more of an f1 fan which has tons of failures for the lower teams.
Difference between Open design and (mostly) spec series
“Felipe baby what are you doing” is now one of my most favorite commentator quotes in all of racing.
😂

honestly, what are we doing? Formula E or bumper car or ping pong ?
Meng Kong its better racing than F1
11min of crashes... damn
Enjoy!

I know it's a street track but can they at least have the full Monaco layout?

"Felipe, baby!!"
“Stay cool!”
"we're bringing you the white visor, stay cool"
Stay cool we’re in a good position ok
I wish maldonado race in formula e with magnussen, grosjean and sato
No one would finish LOL
Add Kyle and Kurt Busch too.
The grandstands would be flattened
Make sure Sims stays, he must have 5 mins of clips in this
*_Thanks UA-cam for recommending me this a few days after a certain Mitch Evans decided to teach Alex Lynn how to fly_*
*Real footage of electric toothbrushes racing*
Loving all the videos before the next season starts.
-Formula E- Bumper Car
the title should be 'all crashes of the season' not biggest
We've just given our writer a stern warning for not having the correct title ;)
I think even the FE street race part of the track in Hong Kong is now filled with protesters.
why?
the sound effects added reminded me of rFactor
I remember standing in that corner when rowland hit the wall
how is the second clip a crash? just a light touche and a spin..
So we're just gonna ignore how Nelson Piquet just squeezed through that gap in the chicane?
Kubica and marcus will be having a laugh .if these are called biggest crashes what did they experienced
They were focuing on quality rather then quantity
@@jrgenramdahl123 bang on target

If i find a comment saying
"These engine SoUnDs suck! BRING THE V10 TO FORMULA E"

Piquet & Vergne crash like Rosberg vs Hrt or The Spa 2012 turn 1 crash
Vergne loves pirouetting on the line, what a classy driver
What’s the name of the first music track?
No Bullying the halls
This series though...ourgh
I saw the big one of México in the Foro Sol
Great location to be at!

No Drinking Drinks the hall
2:51 is he missing a front wing??
Yes
Even the "biggest"crashes are underwhelming and boring
Mahindras ALWAYS go well together in crashes.
Aleksander Sims
All of the crashes are Ericsson's fault
Sims and Da Costa?
NOT SO BIG
What about 2020 regulations ?
Hey look how many of these crashes took place at poorly-designed chicanes!!!

Wasnt Piquet a Nascar Truck bust?
No. He won twice
Bern’s turn 1 is to Formula E what Monaco’s turn 1 is to F1
Always wild
Seems like I accidentally clicked on a go-cart video.
This isn't racing.
Agreed
Como se nota que en la fórmula e los pilotos son lo peor de lo peor solo falta Seb...
But comparing with F1 looks a bit like parody.
Then don’t compare them... they’re two different series
@@johnwhittaker311 Agreed
I love Lew Hamilton, but dont like to see him win everything. Formula E is more fun to watch. Tracks and cars are better (but a little slower tho)
@@jrgenramdahl123 "a little" ? xD
These are nothing compared to sports car crashes and NASCAR.
Also please put them in order of when they happened.
Roger J duh don’t compare them nascars are way faster down the straights
@Bounze u mean like 300kph plus for a nascar but there still way faster
@Bounze a corection about the top speed of FE gen 2 cars the top speed of of the gen 2 FE cars is 280kmh but can defer from team to team
