It's a cartoonish Boris. Just like how bendy is. There are two models for Bendy and Boris. One model for bendy is short and cartoonish. The second model is tall and scary. The first model for Boris is short and cartoonish. The second is tall and has more anatomy. The short models are the way they most likely drew the characters for the cartoons. The tall ones are the ones that they brought to life. So, in reality, they are most likely the same height.
