I like these, but it was the Nationalist army that fought the vast set piece battles to defend Chinese civilians and cities. And it was the Nationalist army that consequently did the most dying. Sometimes current Chinese films reflect this, and other times they don't, painting the Nationalists in darker tones. Given that the Nationalists lost China after the war and are no longer a force to be worried about, it seems to me that the current China could honor their huge contributions in WWII more.

I have been watching your war films between Japan and China.I really appreciate the details given but there is something that is puzzling me all this while is the number of Japanese soldiers died during the 2nd World war. Because in most of the films or videos I have watched I observed that usually the Japanese causualties are very much higher than the Chinese.

The one problem I have is the way the Japanese just march up a road into a trap . I saw a few other movies like these and you have he Japanese soldiers marching as if its at Yorktown in 1776 . All they need is a band ! Its the same in all the movies . Open it up a little . We get it . But some of us were soldiers and some of our grandfather who told us stories about how it really happened . Other than that , great job !
