best i can advice is check the hydraulic cylinder works before fixing the claw in, and also make sure the gears and position of the suction mechanism follows the instructions carefully
H3, H4, and H5 levers don’t go all the way and it doesn’t extend fully what should I do? I mean it still works just half way but I want it to extend fully pls

Here is what I would check: check which area is the source of the issue: the hydraulics or the claw. You can remove the pistons from the claw first and see if moves smoothly, if its hard to compress make sure the pistons are lubricated properly to reduce friction or make sure nothing is stuck in the tubings that may prevent water from flowing properly. If its the claw that is hard to move either check the gears are properly fixed together or reduce friction with lubricant. hope this helps

For this im guessing either the hydraulics is not working or the claw mechanism is stuck. Try removing the claw from the hydraulics and see if the hydraulics work when you pull the lever Otherwise check if the claw gears are placed properly, you can try manually opening and closing the claws with your hands to see if it gets stuck
check at 33:15 Fill one syringe with water, connect one end of the tube to the syringe and submerge the other end in water. Squeeze the syringe empty and suck back the water, this is to fill the tube with water. (you can repeat this until theres no more bubbles in the syringe and tube.) Then with the connected syringe full of water, connect a compressed syringe at the other end of the tube.
Well done video, and an interesting and educational toy. A small pair of flush cut pliers would have made it a bit safer and more efficient. It did use, and show a lot of the mechanical aspects of an industrial, pick and place robot. It would be prohibitively expensive, but would be nice if input/output controls and logic could be included to make it a true robot. Not being critical, just thinking out loud.
