- It's time to continue the huge 60-player EU4 Multiplayer, but it's time to cause some chaos.
We're going to wage war on a massive scale, like it's WW2 but in EU4 MP!
WW2 will happen but it's the 1600s, and this is how it all looks in Europa Universalis IV Multiplayer!

i mean tommy love, theres a reason they had hundred year wars back then lmaooooo, random people that make no sense joining in over age old pacts with 100s of thousands of people dying on one single pointless fort back and forth until somebody makes some sort of minor peace with minor gains or losses rinse and repeat for like 1000 years lmao
dont forget how glorified that battle will become maybe even in a song haha
And war was way more chill back then, so they were more willing to join. Compared to the 20 century were it got 100 times more brutal

EU4 is fun because it’s less serious and people are just mucking about
The younger people play hoi4 cause it’s more micro and engaging but eu4 is cool for the slower folk
@@boedemitchell1657 And it is a lot more forgiving. you can lose ten wars and still continue, but in Hoi you lose you're done.

They were'nt in the war yet. They only accepted the Call to Arms afterwards. Usually there are rules in place so people cant do that.

Ah, yes. The Portuguese-Korean Hyperwar.
I love TommyKay content, but I gotta admit, watching him sit there sometimes and complain about mechanics this or bullshit that when some of his big mistakes in this playthrough were entirely avoidable if he was simply paying attention, as opposed to tuned out because "game mechanic bad" got me slighlty tilted. I'm relatively new to EU4 as well and have recently made many of the mistakes he did, it's frustrating, but you understand why it happened and then move on....

i recently saw your first Video to eu4 and... acquired the game myself, i first played portugal but got bored, i then started playing inca and had a lot of fun but after a few tries i got bored 200 years into the game
i personally find most mechanics so boring and simple, war is even more simplified and boring then the war and battle mechanics in CK3, politic and diplomacy basically doesn't exist and colonization is too easy and uneventful, the trade mechanic is interresing and the government refomation looks really fun giving you several options on leadership, but other then this the mechanics aren't really deep and get boring fast
at least That's how i feel so far and i'm glad i didn't pay 40€ + 200€DLCs for 20 hoirs of entertainment XD
Eu4 is only fun with all the DLCs so just get the Subspricption for 5 EUR per month and try it out :)
Would recommend Austria for a lot of fun

@@michaelpothoven1041 nah brother that’s part of the game. He didn’t want Europeans taking over the new world so he helped Inca. No problem with that. If anything he gets ganked most games

Am I the only one who think Korea was not in the wrong, they had north American colonies, why would you let the imperialist continue to expand towards you via the Pacific... while taking down your friendly south american state.
The only thing that doesn't make sense is letting korean ships past the blockade to dump troops before joining the war (game limitation that is being exploited by korea)
It never would have worked IRL, and that's without considering that they have helped the Inca in the previous war
Tommy has edited this video quite a bit which removes a bunch of context, but the diplo for the alliance was set up before the session started (which tommy had no idea about). It also doesn't show in the video but Korea had been expanding in Asia as well, Manchuria, Australia was conquered between the wars.
If you go and watch the Stream VODs for this game you'll see tommy act like a child and get pissy that he couldn't win a war and leave. EU4 is a very long term game and had we waited another 50 years he would of been able to kill Inca as Korea lost naval dominance and had to deal with other threats that pulled it away from the New world.
@@daveanglo2581 Well the naval dominance and pull away happened only once the Korea player changed, which was for the last one or two sessions of the game. I decided to resign from playing as I stopped enjoying that game entirely after being unsulted in multiple sessions without a legit reason
