I've also done my ACL and it's possible to continue going to the gym over time completely how you usually would! The only problem would be playing sport so good news for us when wanting to go to the gym!

How much was your nails ?
I had rosacea when pregnant although they don’t know why people get it it’s heavily believed it’s too many hormones , once I had my little boy it went, they did prescribe a topical cream but I’d read horror stories about them so didn’t bother taking it, didn’t wear makeup but did start going on the sunbeds (not encouraging it) but it did massively help
