No machine work. It was just mildly ported

Sp you plug the crank hole with jb weld? I building a couple of these now and just saw the hole.

Yes I plug it with j b weld. You could leave it alone but the check valve often fails inside those cranks.

Great, i happened on 3 -375k demo saws . All are taken apart, #1 cylinder lapped under the intake port, piston worn to a knife edge. #2 cylinder lots of transfer on the exhaust side upper and lower. Slight scratches above. Piston groved to the max. #3. No piston cylinder looks good.
Cranks are all really clean. Bearing were actually good. In the trash now. Lot of work cleaning the cases. The stone dust welds to the paint.
