Nice that you took the time to write this - I have been working on my website launch for more than two years. I SO wish I had found Project 24 first! You guys are the most transparent internet marketing gurus out there. Even though they didn't tell too many dollar figures go check youtube most of those charlatans won't even tell you what their websites are. They just make huge promises and always try to push their consulting services.

I’m still trying to take that step to start stepping in front of the camera for UA-cam videos, but I just don’t know what I’m going to talk about. For my New Years resolution, I’m going to put on my big boy pants and do a video in front of the camera. 😬 I know nobody cares, but I just wanted to thank you guys for giving me that virtual push to finally take the plunge. By January 15th, I am going to make a video with me in front of the camera and will continue to post a new video regularly. It’ll go hand in hand with my website. Guys I really appreciate you and all your work. You've motivated me to create new sites and my portfolio is already growing at a faster rate than if I haven't watched your videos. However there is one issue that bothers me that I'd like you to address. You preach that you don't do linkbuilding and that you don't need to build links to rank. You've also shared your sites with us which is great. Now I'd like to state a fact, not an opinion: you've never shown us a successful website that doesn't have any links. All of your successes have at least 100+ referring domains and hundreds if not thousands of backlinks. I do believe you that you haven't built those links, but to say that you should pay 0 attention to backlinks while all of your sites have a solid backlink profile feels somewhat misleading to me and I'd love you to address this in a comment or a future video. mark tark that’s exactly the point. If you write good content, you don’t need to build links. We don’t do any link building yet we have very good, clean backlink profiles on our sites. The point isn’t that links are inherently bad. It’s just not worth spending time and money building those links yourself, especially because you’re likely to end up hurting your site if you don’t do it quite right.
Wow! Lots to think about. I would love to concentrate on some of these but need to just get the articles written first. It's cool how you can keep building an empire for years and years. I wish I started doing this over a decade ago! :)

And, two, this is the biggee, you may have heard of another great internet marketer, Marcus Campbell, who is able to fashion an income producing site in less than 24 hours...well, my question is, shouldn't we strive to go for the project 24 way and the fast (less than 24 hour way) at the same time....rather than one or the other???

My question to you is, would it be worth starting a blog site within a niche that would be competing against another, an already established website that has gained high authority in the US? I started a blog, now I am adding my content, still need to make pins etc. It's a lot, and I still have to learn how to put forms etc..I am 47, and don't know much about how that stuff works. I will get there though. I am even thinking down the road about other websites? Thanks for sharing how you all have done, and your advice.
