*eri, taking over what once was Deku's number one hero story dialogue* This is the story of how I became the number one hero! Deku-san, Lemillion-san, watch over me!
From the Overhaul arc, we learn the most important thing about this universe: Time is a malleable thing. We have 2 examples of this now, Foresight being able to look along the timeline to varying degrees of detail and Rewind being able to bring past points of time forward. From Foresight we learn that the future is as real as the current state however what foresight does is like looking throuhg a tube of the 4th dimension. You can see wherever it points but that does not show alternatives and since there are so few time affecting quirks (chrono being one which works like water does to light and slows it) this is what lead Nighteye to see that the future was predetermined. Eri however changes that. By overwriting things to being a previous point of time pushed forward, you instantly change everything about that current timeline. Nighteye saw that Deku would be impaled and would fight Chisaki and die in the process but that future was with that injury. That timeline still would end how Nighteye saw things and so could lead him to come to that conclusion. Eri's power takes fixed points of time and pull them forward in time. What this means is if she can evolve this quirk to do the opposite, taking a current fixed point in time and push it backwards, then she can or could push a current point of time backwards into the past. If this would happen depends on if that would be a bootstrap paradox or not which would make my brain hurt so moving on! "Nighteye saw Toga's future and say he's gonna be a great hero" I hear you cry. To which I say, yes he did. However we dont actually *know* what he saw. In a gut wrenching moment, Nighteye looks into the eyes of his partner and as their final act, gives them the hope to move forward with his words "you will be a fine hero". Giving him the power to be able to smile and go on regardless of what he saw here. At least thats what I chose to believe.

That would be as broken as you can get in the mha universe!!A quirk user with super strenght, super speed, who can heal from any form of damage and either erase your quirk or erase the body with 1 touch.
She can also rewind her body as a form of speed mobility by rewinding herself to a spot on the x-axis, y-axis, and z-axis. She basically becomes the flash in term of speed in a fight being able to rapidly punch all dragon ball z style on top of having a reset button in case she or anyone else messed-up.
@@asnloliconalt7202 I think its just her body reacting, like looking at the animation from when chosaki uses overhaul to break apart or put things together the animation looks different to when the cuts were healing but idk.
Yeah it wasn't Eri's quirk that was healing her, Overhaul literally reconfigured her body back to the previous state. Much like how he did to the robbers when we are first introduced to him, where everything that was broken or unhealthy in their bodies was fixed.
They can’t anymore with that new one for all limitation. Eri being a quirk user will die sooner if she obtains one for all since it shortens the life span…… wait a minute she can rewind her life span ….. holy crap you guys 😱😱😱
I disagree with a couple of things, first, she won't be able to combine quirk factors expect for examples if she got them at the same time like urarka and some other effect if they are not at the same time she can't combine two points at her body timeline so she can alternate but not combine; seconde, she will still need food and sleep eventually because quirks are still physical abilities so after she rewinds her body her quirk meter will get drained and after a while, she will still need food and sleep.
Not necessarily. Depends on what parts of the body it affects. For example, Uraraka would probably either be full body or surface of the body, while something like recovery girl would be mostly internal. If a quirk only affects some part of her, she can then use her own quirk only on that part or mix and match parts.
@@AliceIsSleepy agreed but uraraka will effect full body so it's a very complex matter to judge so we can wait and see what will happen; thank you for being respectful.
His is similar, but he can't push things back to a previous state. He can break down and re form things. Which I feel is far more scary than eris power, also more useful. I think of it like this. Eri's quirk can revert you to the past and overhauls quirk is based in the present.
The only weakness I would worry about would be people who are extremely fast because then she wouldn’t be able to get a literal hold on them so a solution for something like that would to enhance her reaction time or her speed, most likely her reaction time
She doesn't have to touch her target, she produces some eletric like substance that shoots out from her body that can rewind also, she used it when her quirk went into overdrive after the fight between overhaul to split him and the person he fused with
She can use her quirk while not even touching anything organic, you can see it when she grabbed Mirio`s cape while it was falling you could see she did`nt touch Overhaul because she was holding the cape and neither her foot touched him because she jumped towards the cape and Overhaul was facing in the opposite was of Overhaul.
Don’t forget that Eri’s Rewind is a storage-type Quirk akin to One For All and Fatgum’s Fat Absorption. The horn stores power and releases it as Rewind. But if she uses it too much, a la constantly Rewinding Deku so that he feels no effect of One For All, then her Quirk becomes unusable in this state, with her horn growing tiny, until the power and her horn grows back. But this now begs the question: is there a limit to how much power Eri can store? Deku’s One For All builds up power over time and Fatgum stores energy in the form of fat or kinetic energy, but what does Eri store and is it possible to accelerate the storage? For example, if she stores the potassium found in fruits, which may be why she likes apples and by extension, bananas or cantaloupes, then she can store more power by having a potassium-based diet. And what about her horn? If her horn is the gauge of her storage, how big would it get? So many possibilities with little Eri!
If Monoma copies Rewind can he then theoretically use Rewind to keep the quirks he copies by rewinding the parts of his body that contains the quirk factors? He could rewind just his skin to get back Kirishima’s hardening, rewind just his sweat glands to get back Bakugo’s explosions and rewind the rest of his body to keep rewind.
Rewind is a stockpiling quirk meaning that Monoma would run out of time keeping the quirk before enough energy for it would stockpile to be able to do anything. This was actually done in the manga with Eri as well as Deku
it is posable that it has a limited time/ amount it is used. it is also a stockpiling type in witch is not fully explained but it seems that the size of her horn is corespondent to how long how much it can be used it like a manna pool. it is a very undefined quirk most likely on purpose all abilities seem possible tho
Not everything. Non organic materials like metal and stone have no living cells (obviously) and many once living things won't have any living cells left. Though you're right that micro-organisms would be pretty usefull.
I would be a slightly over powered character Hero name: Omni. Quirk: Gravity manipulation Omni has slight control over the gravity of items and people. I can increase the gravity of decrease it. My emotions change how much control I have. The toll on my body is that after my use of the quirk I can't feel one of my senses, touch ,as if I was floating in space with no GRAVITY for like 3 seconds. If I got an evolution there wouldn't be a toll and I would have full control over gravity and more upgrades plot armor would think of. I love this channel by the way and I hope he keeps up the great work. I hope there is a video on what the viewers think their BMHA characters would be
I can just imagine in the war arc.... All Heroes, and class 1-A are in the brink of doom.. THEN OUTTA NO WHERE We see A more stronger and younger ALL MIGHT with Eri! My god the possibilities!
Sometimes I think Eri’s quirk couldn’t get any more op but if we think about the human brain and how fast we send signals. Then there’s deku at 100%, thinking at 100%. Eri’s quirk is so fast it repaired nerves and signals before and in the process of being sent at Deku’s 100% full cowl. I can’t even imagine such speed. To top it all off too she’s was overpowering that in the end too. How do you even right something so broken??
I have a theory about Eri's quirk. Not about the Nomu being rewinded to their original forms, but more directed towards the rest of the quirk population. Like, everybody heard of the quirk singularity that was brought up twice in the manga? The one where quirks would become out of control and destroy society because the bodies couldn't catch up to the power? What if the series ended with everyone's quirks being rewinded to quirkless which saves both society while simultaneously ending the superpower era that's been going on for centuries? That'd be kind of cool, tbh.
One thing you have to remember about Eri's quirk is that it's a Power Stockpiler with the amount of energy she has stored represented by the size of her horn. Post Overhaul Arc, her horn all but disappeared and When Monoma copied her quirk, he couldn't use it to its full potential because he didn't have any energy stored up. Her power may be godlike, but it still requires time to build up to that point and the more that she uses the less she'll have to use later. All of the power she demonstrated during the Overhaul Arc was the byproduct of a childhood of not using her power to its fullest extent.
Her horn is also a limitation on her quirk. She needs to store up power in her horn before she can use her quirk, and the more power stored (longer her horn) the longer she can use it for. So that's a pretty big limitation that would prevent her from using it constantly.
imagine eri running into a fight, and touching the bad guy and turning them into a baby, and just hands them to the police and turns them back into a adult😭
Her quirk is a writing pitfall. If she's not heavily restricted it will make loop holes, reduce tension, and cause bad writing. Its the same reason that time travel when introduced into a show makes too many problems. This is a power I hope, is restricted. For example she can only use it when her horn grows which is maybe once every few months( or weeks). Even then still strong. Like it was pointed out you can make people young or cure fatal wounds. Really hope they do something like that.
Another limit you missed is discussed in the Manga: she needs to charge it up. The size of her horn is directly related to how much energy she has stored up for using her quirk.
Dont get the buff thing for uravitys quirk specifically. She doesnt change you physically she changes the way forces(gravity) acts with you. So it's not possible for Eri to rewind back to that state because it's of no physical change to her it was to the forces and how they act towards her which is something inorganic
If she can Rewind the genetic of a human back to being quirkless, is it really such a stretch the once she gets older or trains more that she could rewind an animals genetics back millions of years.
A while ago I had kind of an edgy future villain Eri AU idea. Due to something horrible like maybe Deku dying she gets similar feelings that Kota had, but now she has a way to end all the violence. The Quirk Erasing bullets. I feel like the bullets had more in them than just her blood, so I like to imagine her with a string gauntlet like Scarecrow from the Arkham games. She starts preaching the idea that all quirks have done is hold society back (Deku's line about interstellar vacations) and give psychopaths the power of mass destruction. If all Quirks are erased, what real damage would be done? People NOT having to worry about a dude blowing up a city just by waving his hand? Yeah, there will be no more superheroes, but isn't the safety of the public worth it? That was one idea I had a while ago, and I probably could tweak it a bit more.
Omg I just realized what if Eris rewind is being set up as the Anthesis to shigarakis quirk to the point where she can train rewind to be able to rewind things that are connected to the things she touches like shigarakis rn so whatever he decays like a city she would be able to reverse
I think that toderoki would be above momo since endeavour was already op but know toderoki dosnt need to stop since he can stop overheating and freezing
I know this may sound like a bit of a long shot but could you maybe do a quirk evolution video on one of the villains? I love hearing how heros and potential heros (*cough cough Eri cough cough*) could essentially become more helpful in the mastery of their quirk but I would love to hear you tackle a villains quirk. *MANGA SPOILERS* personally I would love to watch you guys tackle Himiko Toga especially after the power up she recently got in the whole battle with the liberation army. Just a little something to think about.
Her quirk is a stockpile type which means she might have a max rewind before she thoeretically runs out... Or maybe has a cooldown of some kind between activations...
She could also rewind Villians back to their childhoods, if she did not want to or could not remove their quirks. make them to young to physicly use their quirks, or physicaly use.
didnt they say(in the episode) the reason why deku's life didnt go backwards to the point of being erase is because he literally inflict tremendous amounts of damage to his body on purpose to make eri's quark focus on the damage before the age.

That would be as broken as you can get in the mha universe!!A quirk user with super strenght, super speed, who can heal from any form of damage and either erase your quirk or erase the body with 1 touch.
No one:
Eri: It's rewind time!
And the she rewinds the nomu back to being humans once again
Wait wha
Nomus are algamation of Dead people and quirks. Re-Wind can't work on dead things.
I feel like she wouldn't be a combat type of hero and more like the nurse at U.A
I would prefer her being a combat hero
@@leahkash8363 I don't agree with you
@@leahkash8363 nah she cant
someone may outmatch her in terms of range plus she may not be good at close range
She'd be both.
Eri rewinds all for one so he doesn’t exist
End of my hero
This comment aged either terribly or perfectly, and tbh i have no idea which one.
Imagine immortal healer with one for all. Almighty girl herself - Eri, I want her to be 10th successor of OFA
Wait then who would be the 9th user?
JE Gaming - Roblox Developer it’s deku
Holy crap!! 🤯this is amazing detail analysis!! Love it!!
Yeah imagine she heal all might
HSAHamzz thematically that just wouldn’t work. Horikoshi wouldn’t do rhat
Screw that give my boy mirio back his quirk
but deku is way stronger than all might at prime time
D B not right now lol. Current Deku would be slapped
Narratively All Might has to die, otherwise whats the point of the students growing up. They are here to fill his spot.
She already self heals, as we saw when OH cut into her when experimenting
Guardry overhaul is the guy who heal her though
@@asnloliconalt7202 I think its just her body reacting, like looking at the animation from when chosaki uses overhaul to break apart or put things together the animation looks different to when the cuts were healing but idk.
Yeah it wasn't Eri's quirk that was healing her, Overhaul literally reconfigured her body back to the previous state. Much like how he did to the robbers when we are first introduced to him, where everything that was broken or unhealthy in their bodies was fixed.
I think eri will be Deku's successor. The idea of AFO getting his hands on Eri's quirk is terrifying
They can’t anymore with that new one for all limitation. Eri being a quirk user will die sooner if she obtains one for all since it shortens the life span…… wait a minute she can rewind her life span ….. holy crap you guys 😱😱😱
I got the best name for Eri
The forever hero: Kronos😆
Oooo what does kronos mean?
@@Lynn-oz4lv Kronos is the Greek god of time and former king of the gods
@@ijmj7296 Ohhhhh but why would eri's quirk have to do something with that?
Cus Eri’s quirk revolves around the time of organic objects
@@ijmj7296 Oh but like she rewinds them to a previous *state* i don't think it has anything to do with time, or does it? Idk I'm so confused ;-;
Thinking about what she could do to all for one gives me chills.
Her hero name should be Paradox
I think she's gonna be the key to the end of the war arc.
IMO the quirk rewind is a transformation type. Due to the fact that she is ‘transforming’ organic life from the current state to a previous state.
Hers would be an emitter type quirk since her quirk works on the biological level. Transformation type quirk would be Overhaul
Or a combination of mutant and emitter type since she has a horn and it controls her powers
@@AliceIsSleepy agreed but uraraka will effect full body so it's a very complex matter to judge so we can wait and see what will happen; thank you for being respectful.
she can literally be immortal XD
I just can't wait to see eri receiving An apple candy from midoriya 🙃
Can’t over hauls quirk do the same thing like he can just disassemble and reassemble him self
His is similar, but he can't push things back to a previous state. He can break down and re form things. Which I feel is far more scary than eris power, also more useful. I think of it like this. Eri's quirk can revert you to the past and overhauls quirk is based in the present.
So basically Eri will be a combination of Tsunade and Jewelry Bonney
The only weakness I would worry about would be people who are extremely fast because then she wouldn’t be able to get a literal hold on them so a solution for something like that would to enhance her reaction time or her speed, most likely her reaction time
So evi + deku = almost unstoppable hero
imagine eri + allmight, she could rewind his disease and make him immune to damage
Preety much
@@Cpt.Mischkonsum deku is better than all might. and maybe 2x better when ofa is fully under control also add 6 more powers
Dang
Deku+eri+kota=GOD LIKE TEAM
Frfr, if I was Eri, I would neutralize enemies by rewinding them back to babies. I’d be all, “try again.”
She doesn't have to touch her target, she produces some eletric like substance that shoots out from her body that can rewind also, she used it when her quirk went into overdrive after the fight between overhaul to split him and the person he fused with
Is it weird that I want someone to explain the biology of how the quirks works
You can't explain something that defies the laws of nature.
If she could rewind things that were in a different place she could essentially teleport as long as she’s been there
Don’t forget that Eri’s Rewind is a storage-type Quirk akin to One For All and Fatgum’s Fat Absorption.
No, because he can only keep each quirk for ten minutes. Rewind wouldn't mitigate that.
Eri will probably be a powerful hero when she at your teens or grown up and she probably could live forever if she can rewind herself
Everything is made out of living micro-organisms. So technically speaking she could rewind everything if she learns how to rewind micro-organisms.
Not everything. Non organic materials like metal and stone have no living cells (obviously) and many once living things won't have any living cells left. Though you're right that micro-organisms would be pretty usefull.
@@daffcicle8809 oops thanks for correcting me.
5:17 bro I still dont get it how did Gran Torino get so small? Like old age doesnt work like that
Nice vid. Can't wait to see Eri trained her power
I would be a slightly over powered character
Hero name: Omni. Quirk: Gravity manipulation
Omni has slight control over the gravity of items and people.
I hope there is a video on what the viewers think their BMHA characters would be
That Thumbnail is 🔥🔥
I can just imagine in the war arc....
Oh Eri-chan can become the next recovery girl! You know since that lady is old and all...
Yeah and with no drawback since she is reverting the body and not accelerating the healing process
You should do what if _______ gets one for all. Series
I think Deku will give her one for all when he's done being a hero.
She'd be OP For sure!
Future Deku: Green Goku
I think Eri showed us the future no.1...
eri is so cute but powerful
I think you could do one on mo mo.
The reason is because she may can create quirks or the elements.
quirks are not even physical objects, those are just genes in the DNA and her creation can't make organic matter.
Omg it's Slice speaking!! I wasn't sure where I knew his voice from - it didn't click for me until he said his outro 😂😂
I love Eri’s look in the thumbnail
Another limit you missed is discussed in the Manga: she needs to charge it up. The size of her horn is directly related to how much energy she has stored up for using her quirk.
Dont get the buff thing for uravitys quirk specifically. She doesnt change you physically she changes the way forces(gravity) acts with you. So it's not possible for Eri to rewind back to that state because it's of no physical change to her it was to the forces and how they act towards her which is something inorganic
Works on living matter huh?
The use trees.
Wait, wouldn't we have an infinite wood supply then?
I just imagine Eri owning a chicken and using Rewind to turn it into a dinosaur. Or a sloth into a giant sloth.
Lim Yoo Whoooo sayss
I need an Erichan plus so bad.
Omg I just realized what if Eris rewind is being set up as the Anthesis to shigarakis quirk to the point where she can train rewind to be able to rewind things that are connected to the things she touches like shigarakis rn so whatever he decays like a city she would be able to reverse
Her power works only on bodies. She can't alter non organic things.
She could stop the quirk singularity
Eri's power is basically *System Restore* , somewhat similar to Tatsuya onii-sama
Love your videos man. Could you do one of these for Bakugo and Todoroki
10:10 so eri has villager pocket
12 years down the line eri is hands down number 3 hero. Deku, Bakugo, Eri, Momo, then Toderoki.
*MANGA SPOILERS*
personally I would love to watch you guys tackle Himiko Toga especially after the power up she recently got in the whole battle with the liberation army.
Just a little something to think about.
yes
Her quirk is a stockpile type which means she might have a max rewind before she thoeretically runs out...
Or maybe has a cooldown of some kind between activations...
She could totally revert someone to a baby and then have them be raised differently
I think we should know more about the limits of her quirk... If she can do all of this is way too powerfull
She could also rewind Villians back to their childhoods, if she did not want to or could not remove their quirks. make them to young to physicly use their quirks, or physicaly use.
Eri's rewind is basically Giorno's Gold Experience Requiem but even more OP
didnt they say(in the episode) the reason why deku's life didnt go backwards to the point of being erase is because he literally inflict tremendous amounts of damage to his body on purpose to make eri's quark focus on the damage before the age.
I wonder if it'd be illegal to Eri to use her quirk to actively reverse people's age like you suggested with some of the older heroes. I love the idea of her being a healing type - Eri, The Forever Hero? What an insanely /cool/ title.
I think Eri would be a great successor to recovery girl. She could work for UA HIGH some day
Imagine her reversing all for one to having one quirk then reverse his human evolution to not have a quirk so all for one isn’t a threat
I dont know about y'all but I think Eri posseses THE strongest quirk we've seen so far. Alongside One For All
