    Great interview guys. Sean ignore the negative comments. You keep doing what you are doing. Anyone who sees what you are doing as a negative thing, raising awareness and trying to highlight issues with the SPS, regardless of their opinion on your case, needs their head examined. Your family, friends and your community has always been behind you. And always will be💚xxx

    Excellent interview . Well done to both of you . Keep going Sean . Your reflections about prison life have been educative . So much needs to change . The complexity of prison system mustn’t be underestimated.
    Really interesting to hear about Barlinie as being the most progressive prison despite the physical environment being quite challenging compared to other more modern prisons . Hopefully those connected to the SPS listen to this interview & read publications such as ‘the good prison officer ‘ etc . Well done once again .

      @@premeditatedpatterYou did do a pod and a doc so I would hope you've read the recently released court transcripts?
      So you can look back and see if forbes was telling you the truth nah?
      They were released obv after your pod/doc, you've been played like a fiddle,
      forbes has been exposed to be lying through his teeth, do the research.
      What he told you compared to what was heard in court is night and day,
      Luke was and is clearly a satanic beast. Do the right thing and get forbes back on to explain himself.

      Anybody that has liked this is either, daft, a goth or haven't done the research. Read the court transcripts you will see forbes and lean have been lying through there teeth on behalf of the beast luke mitchell.

    I’m studying a Law degree down in England. I want to write my dissertation on miscarriages of justice. Thanks for this, it’s really helpful content. In Scotland is it possible for you to interview Luke Mitchell over the phone? I’ve heard him speaking, in extended dialogues, on some UA-cam videos. Heartbreaking 💔

      @@ourwilliam2405the online case that mentions nothing about all the forensics and says a murder weapon and blood spray expert don’t matter. And I will say it again what would you do if three violent men attacked you in your home. These people had charges for rape, attempted murder, endangering life, hitting people with axes, that appeal hearing mentions none of these facts. It’s a crown narrative that he was found guilty on, I can’t actually believe he is trying to forgive people wouldn’t be me. Good on him.

    Hi mate , maybe you should change the title as he's a convicted murderer. Extremely lazy not to at least do some research on the case. Its well known he was bang to rights and was correctly found guilty and done his time . The court documents are available online for all to see

    • @premeditatedpatter

      Fair enough but for the record he's as guilty as sin and appears to have zero remorse or empathy for the victim's family. Mark my words this was no miscarriage of justice . Best of luck with the podcast.

      @donnc6686 Рік тому +9

      So they must be true based on what information you have? You clearly haven’t listened to the interview. Sean isn’t trying to play the victim or pass blame. He is sharing his experience in the hope it can help others and the bigger impact it can have on family’s etc. You might not know this but many people can relate to what Sean has gone through. He is sharing his story while still healing and dealing with the trauma himself.

    • @eilish_etcoaching

      @@Nick-uv7in I guarantee if you had 10 minutes with Sean, you’d realise they had the wrong man. Multiple forensic pathologists have stated it could not have been him. Sadly, in this country, a “top lawyer” can get you off with anything and that’s exactly what happened in this case to the real murderer.
