When my husband was alive he held space for me during a time when I was extremely ill. Later, as he was dying from cancer, I became his caregiver. Slthough it was sad, it was also a very beautiful time. His personality changed in ways I could never have imagined and it brought us closer together. I had the honor of being there, holding his hand, as he took his last breath in our home. It's been 10 years and I miss him every day. But I know that the thing that he loved most was the sound of my laughter. I've discovered, the best way to honor the dead is by living my best life. I'm 71 years young, so grateful for each day. Still learning new things and deepening my connection with nature. Looking forward to being a part of your journey!
Thank you for taking the time to share your beautiful story. To hold your husbands hand as he passed really is the most special privilege and honor as you say. I love hearing stories like that - death is a journey just as birth is - and to have it go that way is just incredible. I'm so happy for you that you are living your best life - you are such a great example to us all. Thank you and much love 💗
I am so sorry for your loss. I can relate, I sat next to my wife of 27 years while she took her last breath at 52 as cancer took her. I have decided since then to live my best life, honour her by honouring myself. I have a wonderful new partner that I know she would be happy to see (and even knew her). Embrace life. Be grateful. Be humble. Be kind. Always be kind.
40s was my best too. Am exactly your age now and I can totally relate!
I'm 39 now and excited for the 40s! I've just recently started finding an inner peace and comfort in the small things. It's so lovely to be in this stage!
me toooooo!
Just turned 43 and I wasn’t feeling too good about it. But something changed and I’m just feeling so happy and excited about the 40s
That is super inspiring for someone in their mid 30s to know there is so much to look forward to
Hi Rems Room, I'm so glad you feel inspired! There really is a lot to look forward to. Especially if your intentionally and consciously creating your reality and your life. Thanks for commenting and have a wonderful day!
I hit 40 depressed. I wasn't where I wanted to be. Life had gone down hill no matter what I'd done. Yet, I'm 47 now and since that moment I've had the best 7 years of my life. I've actually achieved greater success and done more and done my best stuff. I'm doing things I've always dreamed of.
Hi. I am Farshad from Iran. Just wanted to say, amazing thinking and wonderful mindset. I have started listen to your podcasts, and they are truly inspiring. I hope to improve my mindset by following your great advice. I see you as my teacher. Thank you so much.
You're so right. I'm enjoying aging and the way I understand myself better now. I spend so much less time worrying about what people think about me. I feel so much more comfortable in my own skin now. And I have the courage to do the things that I've wanted to do when I was younger. I've traveled the world full time as a nomad and visited 18 countries right after my 50th birthday.
I've written a book on women finding amazing love after 35 and how much better it is for them than relationships were when they were younger. I've found it incredibly inspiring to hear how happy these women are with themselves first, but also in their marriages. The 50 women I interviewed are between 40 and 81 years old. 😊
There's no reason to believe life stops being beautiful as we age.
I just turned 40 few month ago , and I have never been so in peace with myself
Very beautiful the way life unravels, not only 40s, but each moment. Magical is how things go in circles, but like a spring, it's always moving towards bigger and brighter love. Thanks Mags.

@@Maggieloveslife thank you!!!
Very exciting!! Really looking forward to the journey!
Thank you for your support!
Great job Mags 😊
I love this. Needed to hear this. Thank you! ❤
I just came across you. Very inspiring and really down to earth. I am around your age, and I feel at times I am a failure still trying to figure out myself. Our culture ( both western and eastern) write off a woman from their mid thirties and all the social media and advertising ( mostly) forget that a woman is more beautiful as she gains more confidence and get to know her true self, apart from what everyone expected her to be. I love your first video and looking forward to joining you and listening to you. Great work Lots of love
Great starting point. Looking forward to seeing how your channel grows. It's always a gift to hear an authentic voice appear in the video suggestions.
Thank you so much Laura. I really appreciate it. Have a wonderful week 😊

@@Maggieloveslife likewise!
I married a Capricorn too! They are amazing and my husband has been wonderful at taking care of me through all of my struggles.❤
@@rz3157 Capris are the best, right! send my regards to him! enjoy life together, the ups and the downs!
Just found you and subscribed. Thanks for your content as those who are more mature need inspiration to press the record button and hit publish. What software do you use for editing and do you use a mic when you are filming? Keep up the great work. So authentic. Perfect.
Thank you so much for your kind comment. I film on my iphone, I edit on capcut pro (now I do but this video you watched was on imovie) and yes I have a small rode mic that plugs into my iphone - that was under $80. It's so easy. ☺
47? I’m 56 and very alive and kicking 😊❤
Haha. Love it!
@@Maggieloveslifeseriously I loved you openness. I’m thinking about creating my own channel but still working on my self esteem and speech skills . You inspired for sure ❤
Amazing ❤
Thank you for watching 🤗 Have a beautiful day 🌻
