Yeah 2k is soft as hell giving the worst players like 70 overalls to not insult them. Back then the ratings were way more realistic, guys with 80+ ratings were all stars and 90+ was reserved for like top 5-6 players in the league.
You should do a coaches as players career resim. Like Kerr, Lue, Udoka etc and let their careers play through to see which coach that was previously a player comes out on top
