I love how the opening credits are exactly like in Primal.
This is just like what most scenes in Primal is like where there's no music.
Those are the best because you get to just soak up the atmosphere without the music to get in the way.
Where did the T. rex sounds and the biting sounds come from?
@@SIRENHEADSTORYDEVELOPERSROBLOX Primal.
What type of primal creature
@SIRENHEADSTORYDEVELOPERSROBLOX Those Red Ceratosaurus type creatures from the first episode.
Really Good. I would wonder if the same will happen with the lava scene of Rite of Spring. Also, show the Pastoral Symphony with sound effect show cases.
That isn't happening. I ever intended to focus on this sequence and only this sequence. It works well as a standalone, five minute short, but the sound editing process took too long to get it fully realized. This is as much as I can do for Fantasia.
Bravo my friend, this sounds incredible! Your comment led me here and I'm impressed for sure! My own personal bias is for the same soundset to come from the same creature, but Primal does this and is a fantastic series so good on you for catching that vibe!
Thanks. I'm a fan of Joel Valentine's sound editing in Genndy's shows. Most of it comprises of stock creature sounds you've probably heard everywhere before, but it's never about what sound files you're using at all, it's how you use them in execution. They're pretty fun to play around with.
@@MrAwsomeness360 Fair enough but I like to keep a consistency.

You should add the video with the music.
I have two questions, what sounds did you use for the baby triceratops, gallimimus, and the creatures trying to catch the microraptor?
And did you make all the foley footsteps sounds yourself ?
Bear cub, elk, and the footsteps were ripped from PRIMAL because I couldn't find the original source anywhere and some others I downloaded here from UA-cam.
Also, I don't know what "microraptor" part are you referring to, can you point out the time stamp?
@@MrAwsomeness360 1:28 that sound from the predator on the log.
@@ianfairley9152 A mix between the baby V-Rexes from the KING KONG 2005 game and parrots, the recordings that were used for the compies from JURASSIC PARK.

This is like primal but no music

Would it be OK if I made an edit of this with the music added back in? I’d give credit to you, of course.
No. If there's going to be a music edit version, I'd like to be the one to do it. I'm also thinking of doing a 1.5 version, I realize now that there are some more sounds I could have edited in.
@@MrAwsomeness360 ok that’s fine. Thanks for the response.
@@andrewcrowley6331 You're welcome. Though to be honest, I personally feel my version doesn't need music. I intend it to closely replicate the same type of ambience as Genndy Tartakovsky's PRIMAL (even down to using the same sounds as that show), soaking in the atmosphere without background music getting in the way.
PRIMAL!!!
Wheres the music
There is none. This is pure atmospheric sound effects only.
What sounds did you use at 3:55 and 4:01?
