I’m always impressed by the size of the tubs but most bathrooms/wc have an odd layout.. definitely 70 split level. It’s cute but id be worried about water drainage outside.

Why there is no table in front of or next to the couch. Where do you put your wine glasses, knitting, books or whatsoever? I watched so many tours but there has never been a table.

Not a very English property at all. Other than the wonderful English accent of the estate agent this could be anywhere in America as the house and street look so suburbia. I'm sure someone will love it though.
