Wow, another killer lesson. As a member for almost three years, I HIGHLY recommend David's Fingerstyle Five membership. As a world-class player and teacher he has an answer for any issue you might have trying to learn this style. At first, it feels awkward getting your fingers and thumb to work independently and together but he has lots of tips to make them do so using slow, easy to understand techniques. As you can see and hear, he's got GROOVE for days. Do you like and want to learn walking bass lines over moving chords? He teaches that also. It's an addicting style to learn and play and thanks to David I can't stop. An intervention would be useless. Did I mention it's FUN. Give him a try.......you're welcome😁😁

    You've done it again.....
I have stumbled into this muted/syncopated rhythm groove several times in the past and really thought I had it down. When I went back later to work on this feel again I couldn't find it. This lesson is the key I have been looking for all along. - you really have to get a handle on the "and's" (especially on the 4). EPOCH LIGHT BULB MOMENT for me right here. This will be a "short cut" on my desktop for the foreseeable future. You're the man - thanks.

David Hamburger, sir, you have elevated the art of fingerstyle acoustic guitar to the next level. Yes, there are many great fingerstylers out there but I don't know anybody who can keep the grove going and improvise over it like David does. Thank you very much for sharing your wisdom. I really appreciate your work, and I have purchased some of your material (books, courses on Truefire). Keep it going, please! PS: would be good if you could turn on "Super Thanks" on your channel so those of us who cannot commit to your course could show appreciation somehow.
