I have one of your products, which works fine for video, but the audio is not working properly for me. My car doesn't have an AUX connection, and it's not available in the audio options in the BMW menu. The issue I'm experiencing is that I can't hear the audio, and when I receive a phone call, I can only hear it through one speaker. How can I solve this?

hello, i ordered android aftermarket screen for my bmw x4 2018 which has evo display as you show in this video. I installed it and it works good, however, when using car play, the person that is calling me hears echo, hears themselves. Any fix to this? Rest of product is very good
You using Bluetooth or CarPlay when calling? There is a setting in factory setup menu call “ mic gain”, it can not set too high level, you can set to 15, or 16 for example, also, the auxiliary also don’t set the volume to highest level. An other you can try is to make a reset for “ Bluetooth WiFi mobile “ for the android screen,
@@HifimaxOfficial Hello, thanks for replying. I am using car play, which automatically turns off bluetooth. Original bluetotth is off, only connected to car play. I had previously checked mic gain, and set it to 16. I have seen that zlink has option to "loopback" something like that
If my car has built-in nav statem do I have to connect your GPS receiver or can I connect OEM? Is it necessary to use yours if car aleready has one? Will nav work in android unit then?
hi, when the car has original navigation, it do have OEM GPS antenna, But when you install the android screen, it need to install the GPS antenna we offered, some people like to try spliter for GPS antenna, but we don't recommend it, since it have big risk to burn down the android GPS chips ( our GPS is 3.3 V , once your original GPS antenna with higher voltage, it will burn down the chips). Once it was burn down, you have to return it back to factory to fix it, very big trouble.
