- This is a little video showing the making of my latest painting "Golden Winds" that I worked on in august and september, while it still was warm enough to paint out in the barn. I would do anything if I could have my studio out there all year around.
The smell of the old wood...the sound of the wind and just the cozy atmosphere...it inspired me so much!

I am so excited to try out this new way of selling my artworks. I hope its a way for everyone thats interested in my art to be able to join in when I have a new painting for sell. Lately people want me to email them when I have a new painting for sell...and its so hard to know who I should email first, so this feels like a more "fair" way.
And the best part, I don't need to put a price on the painting myself, which is something I've always had a hard time with.

I was worried that by putting it up for auction you wouldn't get a fair price for this incredible artwork... but checking on it now I am relieved and so happy that there are people really fighting for this beaut piece

It’s a peaceful, beautiful painting…..I can sense your serenity in it……
I think Jonna proves that painting is an expression. She uses marks, naturally gathered earthy elements that she stirs into a paint...i think that if she had no money at all, no nothing, she would have the survival instinct and the nouse to do this. 🌈
I allways had this blurry picture in my head about some day painting what the magic momemts in my childhood felt like. Like staying up late and having adventure under the late evening sky. Or beeing outside in the winter, not caring about the coldness because the glittering snow and the peacefull silents were so magical and I remember pretending there were tiny fairies in the ice. And somehow your painting is very similar to that picture I always had in my mind! Its beautiful! You really inspired me to paint more and to let art and that childhoodmagic more in to my life :)

We are really lucky to watch Jonna's e.ps, to see her painting , her techniques. She is now, and in the future i think her work will only mature & become more wonderful as she will. I work in acrylics. I use sponges, wood slivers, scrunched up bubble-wrap, sprayed water...i often half-destroy the work before working on it again. Its wonderfully peaceful, and ruthless at the same time. My best landscapes were done from a brief thought of a foto i once took, then feel it and start a loose, free but scary assault on the canvas. Results sometimes were startlingly beautiful. I'm musical as well.
My mom playing 2 hand boogie-woogie on the piano, but also Schubert, and my Dad's cool, gentle sax playing....there is my artistic influence if ever there was one ! Thank you Jonna. Watching you working is a great privelidge. 💧🔥💧x
I'm so happy for you..you get to be in the wilderness , and do what makes you happy as well; to paint.. I wish I had the same freedom to choose what really makes me happy. YOU ARE NOW MY FAVORITE INSPIRING VLOGGER.. I also live in Sweden, but unfortunately trapped in this capitalistic society. this is everything I desire in life. I just ant space to create and connect with nature, to paint, and photograph, and record, and write and sing and dance ect. I'd love a van to travel in, and a small cottage by the sea and near a forest, as those places are where I feel most at home. Finding your channel was like, yes, someone else gets it, my dream is achievable.
