I don’t understand why HK is so ignorant about animals right. If this case happened in the US, not only the attack dog would be killed instantly, the owner will have to pay for all the medical expenses that the other dog owners incurred. Besides, he would be in jail. The dog owner can also sue him for millions of dollars for personal and family trauma. So live and learn HK. U are still a city in learning about human rights and animals rights. I hope justice will be served for the dog and his family.

香港好多唔識人養狗，養狗更係要帶狗帶，又唔同隻狗上堂做狗隻行為訓練， 亂咁放養又讓自己啲狗周圍走就去鄰居同其他狗打架， 萬一有小朋友咬傷點算， 呢個狗主同飼養人真的很無賴，應該要賠償對方獸醫醫藥費。 好多時隻狗有行為問題，攻擊性問題都是狗主養成，唔識教又唔識養。 在加拿大有很多公眾地方就算係公園都有標語表示狗隻需要戴上狗繩，香港應該要立法去罰款狗主在公眾場所不為狗隻配戴狗繩，才有阻嚇作用。
