Just to answer the point on why the warlord system was abolished even though they had Mihawk : It came down to a vote where a lot of countries were subject to attrocities done by the warlords abusing that power to avoid consequences, this was also backed by an admiral and a lot of other marines. It had nothing to do with power, as the kings sitting at the table didn't discuss powerscaling and wether or not they needed Mihawk.

Great stream and great host. I was trying to get a creator to get a reverie going and I’m glad you’re the one that got it done. It was also nice to see people that usually seem uncomfortable in these situations to get the space and attention. I also think the agenda format allows creators to play to their strengths and talk about what they always talk about in their own respective spaces versus debating who is right on a fact in the story or a theory. We still talked about that type of stuff, but it seemed like everyone was a lot more comfortable doing so. Maybe that has to do with atmosphere, laughter, and coming in with a different way of thinking. If you decide to continue this format moving forward, I think it’s a great move and much more inclusive. I grew up in a family where people would constantly talk over each other because for us we had to fight to communicate. We wanted to get our thoughts out quickly before we forget or lose our motivation in the thing we’re talking about. I don’t promote that way of communicating because I don’t think it lead to healthy communication between my family and I, but I understand why people feel the need to speak over others. Some people are just wired that way unintentionally. While others are used to waiting for a lull in conversation to speak. Reveries usually don’t allow those people to speak. I think you did a great job including everyone and I still think there is room to make it more inclusive. But obviously you don’t want to tone anyone down because that’s what makes them what they are and it’s why we love these people. This is what happens when we have break weeks, I write too much in the chat lol. Great as always. We don’t have much time left with this series and I hope we all savor the time we have with each other as a community right now. We won’t have this forever and it’s valuable to live in the moment.

Seeing chestnut tanuki being adamant on hating dragon for not having enough panel space, while ignoring the context provided for his characterisation through the story of other people, I understand why stories like TOKYO GHOUL, VEGABOND and MADE IN ABYSS don't get as much recognition as they deserve for being as great as they are from the story telling and philosophical perspectives. Not at all hating on chestnut tanuki, but that's how majority of the people look at these stories. Dragon despite of having minimum screen time or panel space, he has made us feel his presence in the story ever since he was introduced. It's through other people like ivankov, kuma, vega punk, sabo, and to a certain extent, robin . For me dragon seems similar to itachi, whatever the opinions fans had of him, changed 180 by a landslide proportion once his backstory was revealed. Imagine a world ruled by akatsuki, itachi is working for them. But when he realises everything wrong, he goes rogue and starts a rebellion. I think there is no other character in naruto that is loved unanimously as itachi. I hope for something similar from dragon too.🤞🏼 And i seriously missed @tekking
I think Tanukis wording was a bit strong, but i think the main idea of the argument from her seems to be that for all the characterization he has from others, he hasn't had enough scenes to give them merit. The argument most of the creators had were speculation on what he has been doing or what he is going to do. Of course we all know he will have a major impact and i don't think she is saying he wont. but he's been hyped up for so long its really sad we still barely get anything from him that shows us what he is as a character.(of course this is my interpretation of what her main feeling was, i definitely don't want to put words in her mouth)

They were probably ok with dropping Mihawk because of all the crimes that the other warlords committed coming to light. It already looks bad working with pirates and giving them benefits while working with them, but also having them spread ruin to the countries you’re supposed to protect is an even worse look. The warlord system had to go and the only one that was allowed to stay was the one that they could actually control. The navy still has to save face somehow, even if it lowers their overall strength.

Just to answer the point on why the warlord system was abolished even though they had Mihawk : It came down to a vote where a lot of countries were subject to attrocities done by the warlords abusing that power to avoid consequences, this was also backed by an admiral and a lot of other marines. It had nothing to do with power, as the kings sitting at the table didn't discuss powerscaling and wether or not they needed Mihawk.
They have too much of an agenda to push to think that logically.

Great stream and great host. I was trying to get a creator to get a reverie going and I’m glad you’re the one that got it done. It was also nice to see people that usually seem uncomfortable in these situations to get the space and attention. I also think the agenda format allows creators to play to their strengths and talk about what they always talk about in their own respective spaces versus debating who is right on a fact in the story or a theory. We still talked about that type of stuff, but it seemed like everyone was a lot more comfortable doing so. Maybe that has to do with atmosphere, laughter, and coming in with a different way of thinking. If you decide to continue this format moving forward, I think it’s a great move and much more inclusive.
I grew up in a family where people would constantly talk over each other because for us we had to fight to communicate. We wanted to get our thoughts out quickly before we forget or lose our motivation in the thing we’re talking about. I don’t promote that way of communicating because I don’t think it lead to healthy communication between my family and I, but I understand why people feel the need to speak over others. Some people are just wired that way unintentionally. While others are used to waiting for a lull in conversation to speak. Reveries usually don’t allow those people to speak. I think you did a great job including everyone and I still think there is room to make it more inclusive. But obviously you don’t want to tone anyone down because that’s what makes them what they are and it’s why we love these people.
This is what happens when we have break weeks, I write too much in the chat lol. Great as always. We don’t have much time left with this series and I hope we all savor the time we have with each other as a community right now. We won’t have this forever and it’s valuable to live in the moment.

Seeing chestnut tanuki being adamant on hating dragon for not having enough panel space, while ignoring the context provided for his characterisation through the story of other people, I understand why stories like TOKYO GHOUL, VEGABOND and MADE IN ABYSS don't get as much recognition as they deserve for being as great as they are from the story telling and philosophical perspectives. Not at all hating on chestnut tanuki, but that's how majority of the people look at these stories. Dragon despite of having minimum screen time or panel space, he has made us feel his presence in the story ever since he was introduced. It's through other people like ivankov, kuma, vega punk, sabo, and to a certain extent, robin . For me dragon seems similar to itachi, whatever the opinions fans had of him, changed 180 by a landslide proportion once his backstory was revealed. Imagine a world ruled by akatsuki, itachi is working for them. But when he realises everything wrong, he goes rogue and starts a rebellion. I think there is no other character in naruto that is loved unanimously as itachi. I hope for something similar from dragon too.🤞🏼

I think Tanukis wording was a bit strong, but i think the main idea of the argument from her seems to be that for all the characterization he has from others, he hasn't had enough scenes to give them merit. The argument most of the creators had were speculation on what he has been doing or what he is going to do. Of course we all know he will have a major impact and i don't think she is saying he wont. but he's been hyped up for so long its really sad we still barely get anything from him that shows us what he is as a character.(of course this is my interpretation of what her main feeling was, i definitely don't want to put words in her mouth)

They were probably ok with dropping Mihawk because of all the crimes that the other warlords committed coming to light. It already looks bad working with pirates and giving them benefits while working with them, but also having them spread ruin to the countries you’re supposed to protect is an even worse look. The warlord system had to go and the only one that was allowed to stay was the one that they could actually control. The navy still has to save face somehow, even if it lowers their overall strength.
