In this video I will explain how to collect an extraordinary and very effective bait.
This bait, called in dialect "Malota" (Baltic Idotea), lives in the decaying posidonia and is collected with a particular net, modified precisely to collect these small crustaceans.
This bait is used instead of maggots in rough seas, feeding with the crustaceans themselves and the small fragments of posidonia collected. A single "worm" is triggered on a 6-8 size hook.
This lure is extremely effective for fishing bream, salpe, sea bream and sea bass.
