Myles Garrett is a freak of nature.
Some of the stuff he does feels like it should be impossible for a human body to do.
The hit Jones took by Garret on the TD throw was insane. I would die if it was me. 😂

Even though it wasn’t a great game from Thomas, I’m glad that it happened. We got to see two potential hall of fame talented players just go at it all game. Can’t wait to see it again
Giants OL and Thomas got some good practice right before they have to face Parsons and the Cowboys.

I'm happy for this. My attention constantly went to this match up last game. It was fun to watch AT respond to getting trounced. He seemed more impressed than frustrated.

@@TrollKing2781 Exactly you can't compare a QB to a WR. They do completely different things. Dexter is mainly a Nose Tackle not even a DT. That makes it even harder to compare.

Andrew Thomas held the DPOY to 0 sacks. He's very evidently not average.
Garrett reminds me of Strahan. He has so much power and agility when he is almost parallel with the ground. I was impressed with Andrew Thomas fighting on an island all game.
Also, I couldn't help noticing the improved right side protection!!!

For all you browns fans: AT is an ELITE tackle. He almost never gets beat, even against the best of the best. So if Garrett is able to do this to HIM, it just goes to show how much of a freak of nature he is. Future hall of fame player and probably the best defensive player in football right now easily. Blessed to be able to have that guy in your team
He and TJ Watt are in a race for that title.
I am watching jones more than Thomas during this review, this all 22 view gives a true picture of what jones is dealing with
I feel the first game he didn’t really trust the oline he felt really quick to move when the pressure wasn’t there yet these past two weeks he has sat there ready to take the hit and also moving right as the pressure came and not moving too early, he was phenomenal against pressure this week
that is as good as you can block Myles Garrett he is a Beast but so is Andrew Thomas

All that physical talent and Garrett has still put in the work to develop and excel at every pass rush move in the book. That crossover from out to in looks like the NFL equivalent of a 130mph fastball.

Let’s hope he has a better game Thursday against parsons. He’s yet to have a good game against him. He was hurt last year and I think Thomas was sick the time before.
Playing vs Parsons is a step back compared to Garrett that's how good Garrett is
Parsons lines up opposite the Right Tackle typically. AT doesn't have to deal with him.

All of y'all that said Thomas looked bad is out of your mind. He didn't give up 1 sack to Miles Garrett that is a huge W for him even though he was hard on his self. For him to be 1 on 1 all game and not give up a sack to me is a W for sure.
Looking forward to the AT redemption game against TJ Watt. If Myles Garrett is the 1A best pass rusher, Watt is 1B.

That last hit was a late hit on DJ .
Objectively, that's the worst AT game I've seen on here. Subjectively, he did damn well against a relentless opponent that's as good as any AT has faced. You can see Garret's skill level being demonstrated throughout, and for AT to keep him from getting a sack with no help? That's a win for the Giants.
Garrett got handled. Thomas did not give up one sack. He clearly won this match up but you are hating on our best player. Wake up. This is a showcase film for Thomas not Garrett. Nobody is gonna manhandle Garrett like this. Go Andrew go. This was his best game ever, considering he’s going against the best DE in football.
Was waiting for this. He has trouble with fast DE. He has issues with parsons as well. He’s human, he’s allowed to get beat once in a while

Regression? He was AP second team back in 22 and was injured a bunch last season. I don't think he's regressing, I think he's going up against one of the best rushers in the league and just got beat

Not to take anything away from Andrew Thomas great game against Myles but Garrett had a hampering foot injury going into this game. He also got hurt during the game on Sunday with an achilles and thigh injury that he played through the rest of the game with. Garrett just got a MRI on his foot on Monday after this game so it wasn’t like he was 100% himself going against Andrew Thomas
