What might happen is that we might go around with the blue cube and overriding the other purple cubes turning them blue. also will probably meet Jones again. and maybe even the foundation.
I went as Rick too. I thought the event was cool and my favorite part was falling out of the sky while debris form the mothership was falling. The event was 9.7/10
If there’s more than 1 cube, then the aliens must’ve sent that cube down to the island, and could be working with the seven because the rift that opened in season 4/5 created Kevin

finally an event that was massively plot relevant, and to top it all of, it smacked, the soundtrack, kevin, the interactive parts, the anime betrayal, all of it smacked
The following P.O.I’s destroyed: Stealthy Stronghold, Weeping Woods, Misty Meadows, Steamy Stacks,Dirty Docks, Lazy Lake. Holly Hatchery was nearly destroyed. It hit the fishing pond.
I stopped playing fortnite in season 4 chap 2, and I might come back. And this is something I WISHED I DID NOT MISS. And my boy kevin is gonna return. Thanks Fortnite. I love you again. I cried when that cube blew up in Season 6.
Looking back, SUCH an underrated event. This event was the unvault event of chapter 2 in terms of design. We are literally talking about how the chapter 3 live events were garbage and why, but this event had all the good properties of a live event apart from a cutscene in the end, but that was to conclude the event so it's no big deal. Instead, all the attention goes to the end event which is after this event. Sorry, but that event was GARBAGE, literally coudntve been worse.

The entire event was practically a whole cutscene, and felt more like watching a movie than a live event. A good live event should allow you to see and move around in the event from your own perspective. Also, for clarification, I'm talking about the last event of chapter 2. Which you probably knew, but I'm just saying cause at some point I mixed the name of 2 events
@@WaterFudge69 ya i know which one your referring to. there's a reason why you were limited to a small space and having scripted parts, its because it wanted to have a final fight type of vibe to it. the main focus was to have you be a member to the final battle against the last reality. the chapter 2 season 7 event wanted you to explore the mother ship sense this was the key place for the entire season. besides, there was also a whole part in the chapter 2 season 8 live event were you got to see the imposter map get destroyed in real time too. im just saying, try looking at it from a different perspective and mabey you'll come to see why i consider this to be the best live event in fortnite history
i still say it to this day, this event is exactly what i want epic games to do more. this was an amazing event and the litteral best way to set up a season ever. like this is the only event were we actully lose and it actully made me enjoy season 8 a whole lot more. like dont get me wrong, the gameplay was kinda bad that season and locations were not really interesting. but it was still really interesting thanks to this event.
I remember the day this started it was like 3:00 and I was about to go to GameStop I thought I wasn't gonna make it but when I parked the car there was like 6 minutes left until the event started so I just ran up to my room and BARLEY Made it to the event with 2 minutes left I'll never forget that
