I’m in love with this neighborhood!!!! ❤
Be sure to find the camera eye before recording. It changes when you swap POV.
Yes, thanks! Trying to bring the "A" game!
great video very informative info on buying there
I’m 12 and go to Highcrest in 6th grade, and lived here since 2011. And I think the schools here are such nice. Good teachers, for 1st through 8th, nice care, and good lunches. For anyone wanting to move here, I really recommend for if you have kids mostly. Just because the tax is very high and most of that tax is going to the school. I like any houses before green bay road, so like Vattman park and west. The downtown is absolutely great, nice shops, trendy taco is the best tacos in town. Then there is nice fancy restaurants like Neapolita pizza, and Sophia’s steak. Good luck to everyone trying to get a house in this beautiful city!
Thanks, James!!! Great suggestions and comments. You go to school with my daughter.
Thanks!
@@thepaulgorney who’s your daughter? I might know her, I also go to highcrest

233 Sheridan Rd in Kenilworth Went up for sale it is absolutely stunning I’m gonna buy lottery tickets this weekend and if I win I’m gonna buy it through you 😊
Sounds great! Wish you (us) some luck!
@@thepaulgorney 🤞🏼fingers crossed! 😊
Looking at homes in Wilmette and Winnetka and trying to understand if living on Sheridan Rd would be too busy and/or would still offer a community feeling like one might find within a neighborhood. Don't want to make the wrong choice. Coming from the city, we've been tolerating a lot of noise and traffic, but seeking something calmer with space for kids to safely play and roam. Thanks for your insight.
Bingo. This is a very important topic and consideration. Give me a call and I can give you a lot of insight. Lots to understand. 773-914-0023 Paul
Did you move up to Wilmette?
Sometime in the next five years I want to look to move to Wilmette. I think the saddest part about Wilmette are the tear downs they are taking away the beauty. Not every time but most of the time they put up ugly homes I really wish the village kept up with architecture and only allowed certain types of homes to be built instead of just ugly McMansions.
Hi Katie Jo, yes, some are questionable, for sure. Wilmette is such a beautiful place overall, want to keep it that way! Just let me know if you have questions on anything now or in the future.
@@thepaulgorney Totally agree. And will definitely get in touch would be great to have someone very familiar with the area.
they have the best old homes there, its a beautiful area to go walking or checking out the Lake ,yes they need to reserve more of those old beautiful homes
@@basketsresale the old homes are really wonderful!
I hear some new construction might offer lower rates?
Some lenders do, yes! You looking for new construction home locally?
