Can we both(me and my Wife) hold skilled worker visa ? Or it is mandatory to have one on dependant ?

Congratulations for passing the test. Your videos have helped us a lot while relocating to UK. I have one question on ILR that if one of the spouse gets ILR, then is it not applicable for his/her partner or family too just like the Canadian PR process? Or is it mandatory to give ILR test for both the partners living in UK?

I am studying MBA for 1 year I UK. But if in the middle of year, if any company sponsors you, can we shift our student visa into Skilled worker Visa in middle of studies and stop our studies. Or may be convert our Full time studies into part time studies and thereby continue our studies....please let me know.

If you are working in some good company - doesn't matter for ILR and Passport fees - that get covered by the company and yeah still I will say it is easier than Canada - because jobs in the UK are in demand if you have good skills as compare to Canada especially for IT background people and you are in good skills.

First of all, Congratulations 🎊 Mera aek questions tha bhai ki Diploma in computer Mera complete ho gaya hai india me aur abhi muje short course ke liye apply karna hai uk me to aesa koi diploma ke bad short course like (1 year )hai to muje batao na please ASAP.

thanks.. short course nai but do a complete master degree.. it’s only 1 year course and then you will get 2 years of PSW( Post Study Work permit) to find job.
