This is a white pizza with a thin crust like you will find in New York City (NYC) but perhaps a but more rustic. This pizza is for the garlic and spinach lover because there is a lot of it on this pizza. Since the garlic and spinach is first sauteed in extra virgin olive oil, this pizza is just packed with flavor.
I have substituted other greens such as beet tops, Swiss chard, etc. with very good results assuming that the same method of sauteing the greens with the garlic and olive oil is followed.

20 Oz Frozen Spinach
12 Oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Bulb of Garlic
