That's where I learned, good memories but I couldnt wait to get on the Eleven Points and Crane once I had the basics at age 8, it's just a big aquarium with a mall close by, but ture dat, something to be mighty grateful for

I love the trout magnet here in Texas. They catch everything from blue gills to bass. I always tell people if you only have one door you can take to a river or creek take the trout magnet.

I misspoke on the regulation in the trophy area. Rainbows between 12 and 20 inches must be released.

I wonder why them trout don't flop around like crazy when you guys grabbing/holding it, here in California they are hard to handle

They're still difficult to handle but we just let them get most of their energy out in the net or let them go if we feel like they're about to go crazy.

There’s no reason why they can’t do supplemental stocking with Chad or shiners

There are plenty of shad and shiners that flow through the flood gates and even through the turbines into Taneycomo during high water levels on Table Rock. Sometimes after heavy rains when they open the flood gates, there will be hundreds of thousands of shiners and small shad (mostly dead) floating in the water and on the banks below the dam. It's hard to get a bite then because the trout are so stuffed, they just stay in one spot and grab them drifting by in the current. That's when I use a small silver spoon when spin fishing or a silver streamer when fly fishing there.
