    Awesome, can you answer a question sir do you keep your elbow on the front edge of the pad ar in middle for putting back pressure i’m confused in it some pro armwrestlers are on front edge of the pad some do in center could you please answer thank you

      Hi Abbas, anywhere on the pad is fine.
      Elbow placement is different for each wrestler and also varies based on the length of the wrestlers forearm and sometimes skill.
      A technical wrestler is also able to adjust placement based on what his/her opponent does, or thinks they will do.
