Not only do I envy your building skills... your ability to see a project all the way to finish while keeping your workspace so clean is mind-blowing.
Not only having all the machines but having the skills to make all the CAD designs is highly impressive. As are your building skills and attention to details.
Your ability and craftsmanship never cease to amaze me!
Beautiful, another masterpiece!
very very very great job, and very very good vidéo, you are a MASTER !!
Incredible. Thank you for sharing!
That is a work of art. Beautiful craftsmanship!!!
What a beautiful technology! Loving it! Now I have to check all of your videos

Beautiful work. Looks like it gliders real good too, thanks for sharing it!
Nice craftsmanship. A true artisan. I’m planning on making a DLG and now you have given me the knowledge how to go about it. Thank you.
again and again magnificent work. Thank you for sharing.
Love to watch quality work
Ultimate design. Love it.
FANTASTIC !!!
Another fantastic build sir!!! That may be my favorite one yet!
I never thought of using my laser cutter to carbon, love it!
Wow that is beautiful! 🔥
So light that it can take off vertically.
And it look very easy to handle.
Extra , love it ! I want to fly again. I have a F5J and love to fly since 20 years
HI ! Marko ! at first I'm crazy about glider ! but this one it's a master piece ! black mamba it's the right name for this beauty ! well done my friend ! 💙
I love it👏🏽👏🏽
Beautiful build. 👌🏼
MEGA HATS OFF 👏👏👏
Beautiful glider and talented builder! I want one!
An other great creation, bravo !
Stunning!
where can i order one? ;)
Very nice!
Thanks for sharing.
Love this plane ! Need to make a few!!!
Maravilloso como siempre. Alucinante.
Félicitations superb execution of refined, quality work. It must be a formidable glider in flight. 👍
Really nice Plane and excellent work, I would love to fly it.
Great build
Man that thing is gorgeous!
Thank you very much
Impressive skills
Très belle construction, magnifique planeur, bravo.bon vols.
That's a beautiful rocket
Fantastic. I wish it was a kit I could purchase.
Grandios! Hightech vom feinsten!
отличная работа
To say that I am delighted is to say nothing!
EVERYTHING is perfect in the process!
Bro keep it up 👍
Chapeau
merci beaucoup
Nice flight
Thanks 👍👍👍🫡🫡
Werter Kollege ich habe noch nie für einen Segler soviel Geld ausgegeben !! Aber für diese perfekte Arbeit ,werde ich 2 bis 3 Modelle verkaufen und die Black Mamba ordern ! Danke für dieses Video !!! Peter
Vielen Dank
Beautifully made great job. Can I ask do you sale these in kit form or ARTF so to speak..just wondering 👍👍
It's funny how you configured it like a plane. Usually motors are option on gliders so we put motors on a two or three position switch because you generally want to climb not to have little throttle. and the throttle is used for airbrakes/crowbars this way we have full control of the speed. But really nice réalisation thanks for sharing and for the build/tips
It's a matter of personal preference. I like to have the motor on the throttle channel, and airbrakes on two or three position switches. But I get it that not everyone enjoys this configuration.
Bonjour et merci pour la video , comme toujours, le model rc est magnifique, comment avez vous appris a faire tout ca ?
Vivement les prochaines vidéos, encore merci
A beautiful build. Just a thought, might need to be careful on a hot, sunny day? There is a reason the full-size are always white. . .
Marko, can you share the G-code file from wing and vtail for cutting the foam….😃
Top
Hello,
Can you make video how to made steering rod connection for the V-tail .
Greetings..👌
p.s. Nice radio, but it needs a RadioMaster Ranger module on the back. They've got glider receivers with vario, too.
Love to have your CAD skills. I can draw in 2d all but not 3d
Pretty amazing!! You definitely have a wide variety of equipment an knowledge.
Excellent design skills and valuable craftmanship!
Why did you place the 25gr glass layer on the foam surface instead of facing the mylar?
Hello. Thanks a lot. Why did I put the fiberglass like that, I thought it was better that way :)
Just a beautiful bird, will you make gliders for sale?
Great job but I would hope u learn to put aileron control inside using a carbon fibre rod with horns inside the fuselage ❤good work always watching and learning, I don't have the machine you have, I do everything without printing or laser cutting 😢,
Pro :D
Beautiful work. Love the lazer cutter (particularly for the carbon cloth), I always found it very difficult to work with. Where did you get the CapVisor sunglasses? I need some!
hi. Thank you very much. Sunglasses link here hobbyking.com/en_us/turnigy-clip-on-polarized-sunglasses-black.html
@@markoroolaid Thanks.
On grabcad you provided x_t files for the foams. Can you provide step files too so we can ipen in several tools? Thanks a lot.
Beautiful work! Been out of the hobby for many many years but I was doing this same construction method, minus all the CNC stuff, 30 years ago. Never could get the finish on my wings to look as pretty right out of the bag though.
I found over time I had problems with the carbon fiber delaminating from the foam after several years in storage. Is this a known issue and what is done now to keep that from happening?
Hello. Quite an interesting problem. At the moment, I have not had this happen with any aircraft, so have not tried to find a solution to this problem either
Great build and awesome flyer. Did you say you would post the drawings of this build?
hi, drawings link here grabcad.com/library/rc-2m-electric-glider-black-bamba-1
Hi Marko, great job again, you make it seems easy. Some questions? Any wax on the mylars? You always build flat bottom profiles, does it influence the flight performane?
Hello. I also used mould wax, but it may not be necessary. Why do I make a lot of wings right from the bottom? The main reason is that it's easier.
very nice build!! And good to see you wearing gloves when handling Epoxy ;o)
Marko,
In the video you connect the main wing, one site is on the table and you meassure de height from other wing tip to the table.
How far from table to wingtip in cm…..Greetings.
hi. 22cm
I always thought you couldn’t lasercut carbon fiber …interesting
beautiful construction congratulations....I wanted to know how much power does it take to cut the carbon fabric??...
I have a 130w laser and used 100% during the cut. Speed 40mm/s
Very nice build and flight. A beautiful and sleek plane. I'm curious about those sunglasses. Where can I find a pair?
Hi, thank you. Sunglass link here hobbyking.com/en_us/turnigy-clip-on-polarized-sunglasses-black.html?___store=en_us
@@markoroolaid Oh!! That's awesome. Thanks so much for sharing. They're out of stock right now, but I'll be sure to grab a few pair when they come back in stock. Thanks so much!!! :)
❤
Can u build me one too?😅
Your akillz are awesome😮🎉
@ninjasloper is also an rc carbon fiber craftsmen that I also enjoy. He's less high-tech but compensates with homemade jigs/tools and attention to detail. Go have a look.
will the foam comptress in the vacuum baging process?
surely a little bit of foam will be compressed, but luckily nothing significant
What type of laser do you own? Great build!
Hi, co2 laser 130w
❤❤❤👍👍👍
Marko, you are Macgyver of rc planes. It is possible to print whole glider from cf filament?
Hello. It has been done if you look around on UA-cam, but my opinion is that it is too heavy
I'm curious, what is your laser cutter ? CO2 or fiber?and what power ? I thought we couldn't cut carbon fiber with laser as for example you can burn carbon rod but only epoxy will burn leaving the carbon fibers
It is likely a Fiber Laser, as we have a 100w CO2 and it will not cut CF cloth. Let's hope he answers.
Yes, I use CO2 laser 130w. max cutting power and speed 40mm/s. only thin carbon fabric can be cut, up to 80g/m2. 200g/m2 fabric definitely won't cut it anymore.
@@markoroolaid thanks for the information. I'll try with my 80 watts CO2 cutter
Nice that you're using decent electronics.. it always bothers me when someone puts tens of hours into a wonderful build only to fill it with the cheapest electronics available....
Also, isn't there a kit version for us less talented individuals?
Wow,impressive. I hope you didn't just make one....I want one ! 👏👏👍
Where can I buy PTEF plastic for molding.
If I'm not mistaken then you are using PTFE plastic

@@markoroolaidThank you
You will have to post another video if you take it out on a good thermal day.
Can I ask which camera setup you use on the glider?
Hi, DJI ACTION2 👍👍👍👍
@@markoroolaid thanks a lot
what was the material you peeled off to get the nice carbon fiber finish?
Mylar sheet
@@markoroolaidHi Marko. The surface looks great! I am just learning to make composite wings. Are you able to say what foam core and what type of mylars you used?
Hi. Foam XPS Jackofoam

Can you make under order?
Hi, NO :)
Hi. Where can I download the print files? Thanks

@@markoroolaid Thank you very much
incredible
Thank you
Hi how big it is ? 100" ?
hi, 80''
Jawdropping......
Me thinking I'm a badass because I put some servos in..
beautiful but not full carbon, it has to be cooked in a special oven for severa hours, definetively not carbon fiber
Carbon fibre can be made in lots of different ways. Wet lay, infusion etc. prepreg carbon needs cooking but doesn’t need an autoclave. Certain highly engineered components need to cure in an autoclave but not that many.
