    Tell me why LiAngelo gets no love. Lamelo is playing in the game, Lonzo watching, Lavar is coaching, and LiAngelo was forced to sell merch like those dudes sell hotdogs at baseball games.

    Hes actually stepping up to the plate. He's actually playing D, rebounding and just hustling there. But he needs to be more explosive. I remember Lonzo when he was a Junior and he was lot faster. Lamelo though is a better shooter. Just keep grinding young buck and you'll make it. (:

    • @Repavich
      @Repavich 7 років тому +4

      I agree, but remember LaMelo skipped a grade... Technically age wise hes a Sophomore... but yes, he is a junior now

    • @rjayp5843
      @rjayp5843 7 років тому +3

      oh you are right....I forgot about that. He actually skip a grade to play with lonzo. But yeah, if he can improve his handles and explosiveness which i know he will, its over.

    • @adrianb2851
      @adrianb2851 7 років тому +6

      Rjay Ping also you know how high school is especially when you train for whatever sport you play those summers when you see your friends come back your like wtf you grew 2 inches or you got way faster.... the summer hasn't even started by the time we see this kid in October when the season comes around he may be more explosive and faster and hopefully puts on some more muscle I know he's 15 so he will get up there sooner or later shoot even Anthony Davis didn't get muscle like that until his 2nd year in the NBA but get what I'm saying give him all summer and he already training playing in these leagues and he might get up there

    • @tepeso3297
      @tepeso3297 7 років тому +2

      Rjay Ping tell me what game you watched he didn't play any D yeah he would double team and get a steal, but at the same time he gave up layups and easy rebounds

    He's got some weaknesses in his game that he still could get much better at. The potential is there for him to be like Lonzo, but I think he's got a long way to go. I don't think the high level of attention is helping him either.

    • @ben1ben2ben1
      @ben1ben2ben1 7 років тому

      How is he more skilled? The only thing comparable is shooting. Even for his age Lonzo is far more athletic, has far higher basketball IQ, is a better ball handler and defender. Lamelo isn't really all that quick or fast for a kid getting all this attention. His syle nd me wont translate wel to higher level ball then HS

    • @ben1ben2ben1
      @ben1ben2ben1 7 років тому +1

      How is he more skilled? He has shooting and thats it on Lonzo at the same age. His weaknesses are FAR bigger then Lonzo's ever were. Most obviously his terrible basketball IQ and his complete lack of defense. He is a great player, but he isn't going to be close to as successful as his brother at the collage level or NBA (if he makes it). Hell, he isn't even the highest rated player of his class on his highschool team. Onyeka Okongwu is projected to have the brighter future

    funny how all mixtapes are mostly hyping offense players, when the scouts in the stands are more impressed with the defensive side of things. would be nice to see a mixtape of lockdown d, steals leading to scores, blocks and rebounds. in the nba defense is way more valuable than offense. since everyone at that level can score.

    • @ben1ben2ben1

      Would you rather have Steph Curry on your team or Ron Artest, Shaq or Ben Wallace? It is FAR easier to teach defense then it is to teach offense. If scouts are more impressed with the defensive side of things, why do offensive players almost always get drafted higher?
      You sound like someone who has never played Basketball and has very little understanding of it. You sound like someone trying to sound like an educated basketball fan, but failed miserably

    Man Lavar is some smart man. He played the entire media for attention. Not only for his kids but also for a brand he's trying to increase. All 3 of his kids are UCLA bound and know he's got his own AUU team. If he keeps it up, his Big Baller Brand can go somewhere.
