PS we did implement FWC Biologist and FDAC Forester recommendation on 3 row cut of our loblolly pine last fall. We have not done any control burning as yet. We may not due to the cost to have this done, and will probably invest in a forestry mulcher tool that we can run on our tractor. We have plenty of open area and space between tree rows and open fields where we can plant food plots specifically for quail.
