@@SailingLunaSeaI've contemplated filming a few fixes to help out the community myself. It is a lot of work. But do keep it up. It is appreciated. Happy sailing!
Great Job , we have been considering changing out our owners version 40 as well. The front cabin on our port side is just packed to the roof and a mess. Since we started cruising full time we have never had a guest in their anyhow. We always had these visions of family coming to stay but we kinda are accepting they have their own lives and we have moved out of the bubble
Thanks for the comments. Just remember to keep it where it can be converted back reasonably easy for future buyers. That’s why we kept the original bed as the upper shelf.
Same here! We don’t have nearly as many guests as we thought we would - and the ones that do visit can stay in the other aft cabin. It makes liveaboard life so much easier when you really dial the boat into your needs.
I have a 39 and considered this. From what I can see the owners version has a narrow doorway, wondering if thats how they engineered the owners version?
We agree, and are careful with what we choose to modify. In this case, the cabin could be converted back to sleeping fairly easily since we kept the main shelf on the original level.
You guys have some of the most useful videos out there on sailing cats! Skilled and creative. Very cool.
Thanks for the super kind words. Stuff like this makes it easier to keep filming when sometimes ya just want to finish the dang job!!!!!

Hope you don't plane to ever sell this boat. Custom modes, make for a very hard to sell boat.
We will have her for quite a while. But it also makes for a nice upgrade for another liveaboard/cruiser as well. Thanks for commenting!
