I’m a new quilter and was looking for an easy pattern that still had interest. I made this quilt and was surprised how well it turned out. I love it! Instructions were easy to follow, too. Thank you!!
Hi quilt in a day I can’t wait to work on this one !!!!!!😊❤i order two patterns on Amazon ! Thanks for all you do so we can enjoy as if we are there with yoU!!!!
Thanks for this tutorial, I've been looking for an interesting quilt that had large spaces for the fat quarters I have got (some have large or spread out motifs). Can't wait to dig out the fat quarters and my machine after taking a break after the birth of my second child. The fabric I have has directional prints, but as long as you keep them all the same direction in the 9 patch, they'll all be the same way round for the cut.
Hi El, On this piece of cake quilt could it be quilted each block before you strip it and sew it together in a quilt as you go method? I am gonna try this way and see if it will work. Beautiful quilt! You are a great teacher ! Love you much.
What were the names of the quilts the ladies were showing at the end. I really liked that Fat Quarters quilts with the white lattice squares in the middle.
Hi Eleanor, i stumbled onto this quilt. I Watched the video and Loved it. The video was fun to watch but i became very confused so I was wondering if i could still buy the pattern. I have watched your show for many year's. You inspired me to quilt a long time ago. Thank you so very much. God Bless... Bet
Eleanor thank you for being an inspiration to everyone who watches your tutorials . i was wondering can you tell me the name of the board on the wall that you arrange your uilt pieces on. it would be very much appreciated . hope you understand the missing first letter in the word uilt . my computer key wont work on that letter. thank you again for the help you give to everyone .
I have a Fiji Batiks layer cake to use in this pattern... You know, it's a Disappearing Nine Patch.... I'm surprised this was not pointed out... It's been around for a long time....and is very popular. I loved seeing how the D9P looks using layer cakes...
this is REALLY late, but having fallen into the eleanor burns youtube hole, I believe it’s called “hole in the wall” and there is a quiltinaday tutorial on it.

I watched this video, and went out the next day and bought the fabric. Now that fall is here, I"ll be back at the sewing machine. I love this pattern.

+Sandy Grogg Isn't the disappearing 9 patch restitched together rather than just cut up though?
Вы достойны большого уважения! У вас золотые руки, и много обаяния!
Should all the directional patterns be facing out?
Thank you so much I enjoyed watching them. I wish I could make one.
